Principle 1: Clean Kitchen Sink

What is a zone in a house?

Anything can be considered a zone. This is both a whole room and a shelf in a closet. The main thing is that work in this zone does not exceed the allotted time limit. If the room is quite clean and fresh, you can limit yourself to washing the floors and wiping dust in a 15-minute interval.

Every day, for a week, cleaning in one area will be carried out for all 15 minutes. Next week will be dedicated to cleaning a different area. A month later, the work schedule is repeated again. Consolidating habits by day

It may seem strange to some, but household chores also need to be planned. And not just by type: cleaning, cooking dinner. It's global. You need to start small. OneNote is also suitable for ECG, but it has its own nuances. In addition to text, pictures, links, the program can also store your favorite melodies. You can “scribble” in the document, underline it and make some notes. However, you won't be able to create a table, chart, or graph; you'll have to move them from other files. Also, due to its lower prevalence (than the first two office programs), OneNote may “freeze” on someone else’s computer, or even not open at all.

By the way, advice from “IT specialists” and “sysadmins”: do not store important “docs” on system drives. In the event of a complete system failure, there is a chance of losing them irretrievably.
