Remove the already marinated meat from the refrigerator, unwrap the foil, place mushrooms, cherry tomato halves and chopped bacon into the slits. Wrap the meat tightly again in a sheet of foil and wrap it in several more layers.

Place the prepared meat in the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, close the lid and cook in the “Baking” mode for about one hour. Be sure to cool the finished juicy, tender boiled pork first at room temperature and then in the refrigerator. Cut into slices, place on a plate and garnish with fresh herbs.
