  5. Dissolve spices, salt and pepper in a glass of water or broth. Pour the mixture over all layers of the dish.

This recipe for pork stew (in a slow cooker the food turns out juicy and tender) requires the presence of a certain set of products. Before you begin the process, make sure that you do not have to interrupt the work you started and run to the store for the missing ingredients. This time you should have at hand:

  • 600 grams of pork pulp.
  • A couple of medium zucchini.
  • For carrots and onions.
  • 6 medium potatoes.
  • Sweet bell pepper.
  • A couple of cloves of garlic.
  • 2 tablespoons each of tomato paste and vegetable oil.

In addition, you will have to stock up on a few additional ingredients used to prepare pork stew (whether it is cooked in a slow cooker or on the stove does not matter). These include salt, seasonings and fresh herbs.

  • Pork – 500–600 gr.

  • Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp. l.

  • Pepper, bay leaf, salt
  • Tomato paste – 1–1.5 tbsp. l.

Preparation

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces. Turn on the multicooker to the “Frying” mode. Add vegetable oil and fry the pieces for 5-10 minutes. When the meat is slightly browned, you need to salt it, add pepper and spices.
  2. While the meat is fried, peel the onions and carrots and chop finely. You can grate carrots.
  3. Remove the fried pieces of pork from the bowl, pour the chopped vegetables into it, and fry them for 7 minutes.
  4. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into pieces. The size of the potato cubes depends on how it is boiled. If it’s good, then you can make it medium size. When potatoes are intended for frying, you can cut them into smaller pieces.
  5. Add chopped potatoes, pieces of meat, chopped garlic clove, and tomato paste to the fried vegetables. Mix everything well.
  6. Now you can add half a glass of meat broth or water, and a bay leaf. If the potatoes you used for the stew are not cooked well, you can add a little more water or broth.
  7. Turn on the “Quenching” mode for 1 hour.

At the end of cooking, do not rush to turn off the “Warming” mode, add finely chopped fresh herbs, and let the dish simmer for another 10 minutes.

How to cook potato stew with minced meat in a slow cooker:

You can peel the tomatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Cut the onions and carrots into small cubes. Cut the potatoes into large cubes.

Pour sunflower oil into a bowl and fry the onions and carrots for 5-10 minutes. Add tomatoes and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

We pass the beef through a meat grinder or take ready-made minced meat and add it to the slow cooker, kneading it into smaller lumps. Continue cooking in frying mode for another 15 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes, add them to the slow cooker. Add salt and spices and pour 2 cups of boiling water. Cook for another 40 minutes on the baking program

  • Pork ribs - half a kilogram.
  • Potatoes - four medium tubers.
  • Quince is one large one.
  • Onions and carrots - one piece each.
  • Tomato juice - half a glass.
  • Salt, spices, ground black pepper - to your taste.
  • Vegetable oil - for frying.

Prepare vegetable stew with pork in a slow cooker as follows:

  1. Fry the ribs in vegetable oil on the “Fry” option for 15 minutes.
  2. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into cubes and add to the meat, sauté for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the potatoes and quince into medium cubes.
  4. Switch the appliance to the “Stew” function and add the potatoes and quince there. Salt, pepper, add your favorite spices, pour in tomato juice and in 45 minutes the stew will be ready.

To prepare vegetable stew with pork in a slow cooker, you need the following products:

  • Pork pulp - 800 grams.
  • Onions, carrots, tomatoes - one each.
  • Broccoli - half a kilogram.
  • Garlic - five cloves.
  • Soy sauce - two tablespoons.
  • Salt and ground pepper - to your taste.
  • Bay leaf - two pieces.
  • Vegetable oil - for frying.
  • Water - one glass.

Prepare pork stew in a slow cooker like this:

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  2. Separate broccoli into florets.
  3. Chop the onion, carrot, and tomato in any order.
  4. Fry the meat a little using the “Fry” option.
  5. Switch the appliance to the “Stew” function and add all the vegetables, except garlic, into the bowl. Salt, pepper, add seasonings.
  6. After half an hour, add water, soy sauce, garlic and bay leaf. Leave in this mode for another 30 minutes.

Wash and cut the meat into small pieces. Pour oil into a saucepan and fry the beef on the baking or frying program for 15-20 minutes with the lid open.
