  • coriander – 1 tsp;

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the carrots, wash them, chop them in a Korean vegetable slicer or cut them into long thin strips.

How to cook it yourself

The composition and proportions of spices for Korean carrots are determined - we recommend strictly following the recipe. For one kilogram of root vegetables you will need:

  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • 0.5 teaspoon red and black pepper;
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar;
  • 2 teaspoons salt;
  • A teaspoon of coriander;
  • Half a lemon (juice).

Products you will need:

  • carrots – 1 kg;
  • vegetable oil – 0.5 tbsp.;
  • 9% vinegar – 70 ml;
  • garlic cloves - 6 pcs.;
  • sugar – 45 g;
  • salt – 10 g;
  • chopped red pepper – 2 g;
  • chopped coriander – 5 g;
  • paprika – 5 g.

Cooking method:

  1. First you need to start preparing the carrots. Root vegetables must be washed, peeled and chopped in a vegetable cutter.
  2. Now it's time to start preparing the dressing. Pour vegetable oil, vinegar into a metal bowl, add sugar, salt, and all the spices.
  3. The container with the future marinade should be placed on low heat, boiled and stirred periodically. This must be done until the salt and sugar dissolve.
  4. You need to add garlic to the grated carrots and mix the products. If you don't have a garlic press, you can use a fine grater.
  5. Finally, pour the hot marinade over the garlic-carrot mixture.
  6. After mixing, the salad must be refrigerated for at least a day. Every 6 hours the snack will have to be thoroughly mixed. This is necessary for even distribution of the marinade.

You will need the following products:

  • 600 g carrots;
  • 100 g onion;
  • Chim-Chim seasoning;
  • 30 ml sunflower oil.

1. Chop the onion into cubes and fry it until golden with a little vegetable oil.

2. Grate the carrots into thin strips using a special grater.
