- 5 cloves of garlic;
- 0.5 teaspoon red and black pepper;
- 1.5 tablespoons sugar;
- 2 teaspoons salt;

- Half a lemon (juice).

- sugar – 45 g;
- salt – 10 g;
- chopped red pepper – 2 g;
- chopped coriander – 5 g;
- paprika – 5 g.
Cooking method:
- First you need to start preparing the carrots. Root vegetables must be washed, peeled and chopped in a vegetable cutter.
- Now it's time to start preparing the dressing. Pour vegetable oil, vinegar into a metal bowl, add sugar, salt, and all the spices.
- The container with the future marinade should be placed on low heat, boiled and stirred periodically. This must be done until the salt and sugar dissolve.
- You need to add garlic to the grated carrots and mix the products. If you don't have a garlic press, you can use a fine grater.

- 30 ml sunflower oil.
