    The entire process of preparing Bolognese sauce according to the above recipe is shown in the video below.

    With wine

    The alcoholic drink makes the meat softer and gives it a special, pleasant taste.

    Ingredients:

    • minced meat – 600 g;
    • oil – 60 ml refined;
    • salt;
    • fresh tomatoes – 700 g;
    • garlic – 3 cloves;
    • onion – 140 g;
    • spices;
    • wine – 120 ml.

    Cooking method:

    1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the garlic cloves into pieces and place in hot oil. Fry and discard the garlic.
    2. Add onion and cook until golden brown. Add minced meat. Cook constantly stirring with a silicone spatula. The lumps should not stick together. When the meat turns light, add wine. Wait for complete evaporation.
    3. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and remove the skins. Grind in a blender bowl. Pour into the minced meat. Sprinkle with salt. Cook for half an hour with the lid closed on the minimum burner setting.
    4. Sprinkle with spices and stir.

    Culinary recommendations

    • Instead of tomatoes in their own juice, you can use regular canned tomatoes or add 6-7 tablespoons of high-quality tomato ketchup.
    • For winter preservation, I do not recommend using water instead of wine. The alcohol will completely evaporate and will not be felt while drinking the sauce.
    • The finished sauce can be stored frozen. To do this, cool the treat completely, then pour it into serving glasses. Cover each glass with cling film and place in the freezer. Freezing will in no way spoil the taste of the sauce, and you can reheat it in a frying pan or in the microwave at any time.

    Bolognese, like most recipes, has undergone many changes in kitchens. And really, how to make Bolognese sauce for pasta if you are on a diet or a vegetarian? It is precisely such non-standard situations that usually lead to the creation of various variations of the dish.

    The dietary version of the sauce is not much different from the original. You just need to reduce your caloric intake as much as possible. Instead of fatty beef, use tender veal, instead of fat - olive oil. You can add chili pepper to spice up the dish. In addition, hot seasonings help speed up metabolism. And this is exactly what a person who is losing weight needs.

    You can use your favorite seasonings according to your preference. For example, basil complements Bolognese well (as in the photo). Fans of Provençal seasonings are advised to add a pinch of dried herbs ten minutes before the end of cooking. Do the same with greens.

    Helpful Tips and Tricks

    By following simple recommendations, you can prepare a dish that tastes perfect:

    1. If the sauce is too thick, you can dilute it with the water left after cooking the pasta.
    2. Spices added to the composition will help make purchased minced meat tastier: sweet paprika, suneli hops, cumin, barberry.
    3. The gravy can be prepared for future use and stored in glass containers with a tightly closed lid for 3-4 days. After steeping, the sauce becomes even tastier.
    4. Adding chopped fresh herbs at the end of cooking will help make the taste more intense.
    5. The sauce can be prepared using not only minced meat, but also fish. The dish with salmon is especially tasty.

    What to serve with bolognese sauce?

    Such a wonderful and attractive sauce is usually served along with pasta . To be more precise, we are talking about real Italian spaghetti.

    This sauce is also used in the preparation of lasagna, the taste of which is ideally complemented by the Italian sauce described above.
