Peel the onion bulbs and rinse the heads in water. Cut the vegetable into small cubes.


In the “Frying” program, fry the onions in sunflower oil. You can simply fry until soft or until the edges are golden brown.


Remove the top wilted leaves from the cabbage and cut off the required amount. Rinse the piece under water and chop it into strips using a sharp knife.


Pour the prepared cabbage onto the fried onions. The multicooker can be immediately switched to the stewing program, or simply disable the active function.


Add the required amount of salt and seasoning to the cabbage.


Dilute tomato paste in half a glass of filtered water. If desired, you can add salt here. Pour the prepared sauce into a bowl.


Turn on the “Stew” option for 60 minutes. Clean the sausages and cut into slices.


Add the sausages to the stewed cabbage 10 minutes before the end of the program.


Stir the ingredients, close the lid and cook until the signal.

The dish is very simple, satisfying with available ingredients, but no less tasty. It will always help out when you don’t have time to cook something complicated. Cabbage, potatoes and sausages go well together. You can feed the whole family a delicious dinner or lunch.

Required Products

  1. Cabbage -300 gr.
  2. 5 large potato tubers
  3. Milk sausages - 4 pcs.
  4. Carrots – 1 pc.
  5. Onion – 1 pc.
  6. Water – 2 glasses
  7. Salt – 1 dessert spoon
  8. Spices - 1/4 tsp.
  9. Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp.
  10. Bunch of greenery
  11. A few bay leaves

Ingredients:

Pork- 300 gr.
Beef- 400 gr.
Sausages— 250 gr.
Onion- 1 PC.
Pitted olives— 1 bank
Carrot- 1 PC.
Tomato paste- 30 gr.
Vegetable oil- for frying
Water- 2 l.
Pickled cucumbers- 4 things.
Cucumber pickle- 210 ml.
Salt and spices- taste

Step 1

We prepare the necessary food kit from which we will prepare hodgepodge with sausage in a slow cooker.

Cut each type of meat into equal pieces, as the recipe with photo demonstrates.

Tip: For cooking, you can use exclusively pork tenderloin, this way you will get a hodgepodge of pork in a slow cooker.

Step 3

Fry the meat using the “Fry” mode, having previously greased the surface of the bowl with vegetable oil. Cooking time is 15 minutes.

Grind the carrots and cucumbers using a fine grater. The onion should be cut into small cubes.

  1. Prepare vegetables: peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Remove the casing from the sausages. Shred the cabbage and cut the potatoes into cubes. Sausages can be cut into small cubes or circles. Carrots can be grated or cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion. If desired, you can add a few cloves of garlic.

  • Cut 200 grams of sausages into slices and then fry them in a frying pan until golden brown. Add chopped onions to them and cook everything together for a few minutes.

  2. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in a slow cooker in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Boil a glass of water. Dilute tomato paste in it and pour it into the multicooker bowl. Mix all ingredients. Next, keep for forty minutes in the “Baking” mode with the lid closed. At the end, add the fried sausages. Then mix the cabbage hodgepodge with the sausages in the slow cooker again. Place on plates. For decoration, you can sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley.
