5. In a separate container, combine cream cheese with grated yolks. If the mass is very thick, add a little more mayonnaise.
6. Remove the package with hard cheese from the hot water. Without removing it from the bag, roll it out into a thin rectangle with a rolling pin. Then use scissors to cut the film to release the rolled out layer from it. Turn the edges of the film to the sides.
7. Place the creamy yolk mixture in the center of the layer and, using a spatula, spread it evenly over the entire surface in a thin layer.
8. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly, cut in half and remove the hard stem. Place the leaves one after another, pressing them lightly with your hand.
9. Thinly spread the crab filling on top, leaving 2 cm from the edges.
