Ingredients:

  • Lavash - 1 sheet;
  • Canned tuna - 1 can;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Parsley, cilantro, dill, green onions - to taste;
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Garlic – 1 clove;
  • Tomato - 1 pc.;
  • Hard cheese - 100 g;
  • Spices - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Grind all the ingredients: finely chop the eggs and herbs, grate the cheese, cut the tomato into small cubes, mash the tuna with a fork, and put the garlic under a press.
  2. Mix the greens (4 tablespoons in total) with the eggs.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and cheese, add tomato pieces, garlic and spices.

Classic recipe

The classic appetizer consists of canned tuna, eggs, mayonnaise and lettuce.

List of required ingredients:

  • 1 thin pita bread;
  • 1 can of canned tuna;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 4 tbsp. l. store-bought or homemade mayonnaise;
  • 4 lettuce leaves;
  • 2 green onions.

To prepare homemade mayonnaise you will need 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. mustard, 0.5 tsp. table salt, 0.5 tsp. granulated sugar, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice and 160 ml vegetable oil.

Lavash with canned tuna according to the classic recipe is prepared as follows:

  1. First you need to take the eggs out of the refrigerator, heat them at room temperature, fill the pan with water, place the eggs there, wait until the water boils, and cook the eggs for 10 minutes. from the moment of boiling.
  2. Then you will need to remove the fish from the can, draining the excess liquid, put the tuna in a bowl and mash using a fork. If necessary, bones must be removed. Boiled eggs must be cooled, shelled and cut into small cubes.
  3. Now you can take the pita bread, lay it out on the table or board, coat the surface of the pita bread with mayonnaise, lay out a layer of fish and distribute evenly. Place a layer of eggs on top of the fish.
  4. Next, wash the green onions, chop them finely and sprinkle them on the pita bread. Afterwards, you need to wash the lettuce leaves, cut them into large pieces or tear them by hand and place the last layer on top of the filling.
  5. You need to make a roll from the pita bread, bending each side inward by 2 cm, and then rolling it up. The prepared snack should be allowed to drink for 35 minutes. Then the lavash roll needs to be wrapped in cling film and placed in the refrigerator. Afterwards it can be cut into portions, placed on a plate and decorated with herbs.

If desired, you can make homemade mayonnaise. To do this, you need to break an egg into a container, add mustard, salt and sugar and beat it all using an immersion blender until smooth. While whipping, you need to gradually add vegetable oil. Add lemon juice to a homogeneous and thickened mayonnaise and beat again. The finished mayonnaise must be cooled in the refrigerator.

Lavash roll with tuna and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets of pita bread;
  • 1 large can of canned tuna;
  • 250 g processed cheese (1 jar);
  • 2 bunches of green salad;
  • 1 bunch of dill;
  • hot pepper, salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. To prepare pita rolls with tuna and cheese, you need to find, for convenience, a large and free flat surface on which to spread two sheets of pita bread. Next is just technical work: grease the pita bread with processed cheese (it’s better if it’s “pure” to taste, without any additives).
  2. Spread finely chopped dill evenly over the cheese and sprinkle with a little hot pepper to taste. I usually take dried red pepper, but if I have a fresh one at home, I’m happy to add that too.
  3. Drain the marinade or oil from the jar (you can save it to prepare a dressing for vegetable salad). Distribute the tuna pieces evenly over the surface of two pita breads.
  4. Wash the salad leaves and dry them properly - on a towel or in a special dryer for greens. Place them on top of the cheese and tuna, trying to completely cover the pita bread.
  5. And we roll everything into a roll, trying to make it as tight as possible. Wrap in cling film and leave for at least an hour. When serving, cut into small pieces.
  6. If you need to “enrich” the roll, you can additionally grate a couple of hard-boiled eggs into it, add a little Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped cucumber (both fresh and pickled), gherkins, and olives.

With cheese and cucumber

To prepare pita bread with tuna and cheese you need to prepare:

  • 1 pita bread;
  • 100 g mayonnaise;
  • 1 can of canned tuna;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 100 g cheese;
  • 1/4 tsp. table salt.

Step-by-step preparation scheme:

  1. First you need to pour water into a small saucepan, place the eggs in it and put it on the stove. The egg should be boiled for 10 - 12 minutes from the moment the water begins to boil. Grind the boiled egg on a coarse grater, pour in mayonnaise and add table salt and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Next, you will need to spread a piece of plastic wrap on the table, place pita bread on it and cut it into 3 equal parts. The first part should be evenly coated with egg and mayonnaise and covered with the next part of the pita bread.
  3. Then you should grind the cheese on a grater with small holes and sprinkle it on the second part of the pita bread.
  4. Now you need to drain the liquid from the can of tuna, place it on a plate and mash thoroughly with a fork, removing the bones. The mashed fish should be placed on top of the cheese and covered with a third of the pita bread.
  5. Afterwards you will need to wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices. The last part of the pita bread must be greased with a thin layer of mayonnaise, put cucumber slices on it and wrap the entire piece in the shape of a roll.
  6. The finished snack should be wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours for soaking.

The finished dish should be served by cutting it into portions, sprinkling each with green onion rings. You can use sour cream or garlic sauce as a dressing.

Classic pita roll with tuna

Ingredients:

  • Armenian lavash – 2 sheets
  • tuna in its own juice – 1 can (185 g)
  • mayonnaise - to taste
  • chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • dill greens - to taste

Cooking method:

  1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients for our roll. To do this, first of all, let's boil chicken eggs (exclusively hard-boiled). Afterwards we cool them and clean them. Then grate the eggs on a coarse grater (or finely chop with a knife).
  2. We thoroughly rinse the greens under cold running water, and then dry them thoroughly (we don’t need excess moisture). You can even use paper napkins. Then chop the dill finely and finely.
  3. Open the can of tuna and drain the excess liquid. If desired, the fish can be chopped into smaller pieces or even simply mashed with a fork.
  4. Now take one sheet of Armenian lavash and lay it out on the work surface. Then grease it with a thin layer of mayonnaise (or not thin, depending on who you prefer) and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
  5. After this, place the tuna on the greens and cover everything with a second sheet of pita bread. We also grease it with mayonnaise and then sprinkle with grated eggs. It is important to note that when you spread the filling, try to do it evenly (not in a continuous layer, but so that the filling is spread over the entire surface of the pita bread).
  6. Now we begin to roll our pita bread into a roll. We do this carefully (pressing the pita bread to the table surface) so that the filling does not fall out and the pita bread itself does not tear. After this, wrap the roll tightly in cling film (or foil) and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours (so that it is properly saturated with the filling).
  7. Then we take out the finished roll, carefully cut it into portioned pieces (2-3 cm wide) and place them on a beautiful dish (if desired, you can decorate it with fresh lettuce leaves and vegetables).

With greens

To prepare the version with greens, you need the following set of components:

  • 2 pita breads;
  • 175 g canned tuna;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 10 g parsley;
  • 10 g dill;
  • 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise.

Step-by-step preparation scheme:

  1. First, you need to pour water into the saucepan, place the eggs in it and put it on the stove. When the water begins to boil, the egg will need to be boiled for 10 - 13 minutes. The finished egg must be peeled and crushed using a grater with large holes.
  2. Next, cut the cucumber lengthwise into 2 parts, remove the seeds and soft part with a spoon and cut into small cubes or thin plates. The parsley and dill will also need to be finely chopped.

  3. Then you will need to drain all the liquid from a can of canned tuna, place the contents on a plate, remove the bones and mash the fish with a fork.
  4. Now you need to cover the table with plastic wrap, place a sheet of pita bread on it, grease it with half the mayonnaise and lay out the mashed tuna.
  5. Afterwards, the workpiece needs to be covered with a second pita bread, greased with the remaining mayonnaise, sprinkled with chopped parsley and dill over the entire surface, lay out a chopped egg and chopped cucumber. The workpiece must be wrapped in a tight roll and placed in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that the snack is soaked.

The finished dish must be served by cutting it into portions.

With sausage cheese

Lavash with canned tuna and sausage cheese consists of the following ingredients:

  • 2 pita breads;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g sausage cheese;
  • 3 pickled cucumbers;
  • 1 can of canned tuna;
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 10 g parsley;
  • 10 g dill.

Detailed cooking instructions:

  1. First you need to fill a small saucepan with water, put the eggs in it and put it on the stove. Eggs need to be boiled for 10 minutes. from the moment the water boils. The finished egg should be chopped very finely or grated on a grater with small holes.
  2. Next, you need to grate the sausage cheese on a grater with large holes, cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes and finely chop the parsley and dill.
  3. Now you will need to drain the excess liquid from the can of canned tuna, transfer the contents to a plate, remove the bones and mash the fish with a fork.

  4. Then the prepared ingredients need to be placed in a bowl, pour in the mayonnaise and mix the contents thoroughly.
  5. Afterwards, you will need to place a sheet of square-shaped lavash on the table, apply half of the resulting filling in an even layer, cover with the second lavash and also spread the remaining filling evenly on it. The resulting workpiece should be wrapped in the shape of a roll.
  6. Now the pita bread with tuna needs to be wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.

Lavash roll with canned tuna

To prepare the dish, use high-quality canned food, and it is better to use homemade mayonnaise. All ingredients of the dish are designed for 1 standard thin sheet of pita bread. Before serving, let the pita bread soak in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes - then it will become tastier and easier to cut into portions.

Ingredients:

  • pita,
  • canned tuna,
  • eggs,
  • homemade mayonnaise,
  • green onions,
  • green salad.

Cooking method:

  1. Spread 1 sheet of lavash evenly with 3 tbsp homemade mayonnaise. l.

  4. Fold the edges of the pita bread inward on both sides by 2 centimeters, and then roll the pita bread into a roll.
  5. Leave the pita bread to soak for 30 minutes, then cut into portions and serve.

With corn

To prepare the version with corn, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 150 g canned tuna;
  • 1 onion;
  • 100 g canned corn;
  • 2 pita breads;
  • 100 g cheese;
  • 50 g of salad.

Step-by-step cooking scheme:

  1. First you need to grind the cheese using a grater with large holes. Then a sheet of pita bread should be spread on the table and sprinkled with grated cheese.
  2. Next, you need to rinse the lettuce leaves, dry them with paper towels and place them on pita bread on top of the cheese.
  3. Now you should drain the excess liquid from the can of tuna and place the fish in a bowl. You also need to drain the canned corn and add it to the bowl with the fish.
  4. Afterwards you will need to peel the onion, rinse it under running cool water and cut it into small cubes. Add the chopped onion to the bowl and mix all the contents thoroughly.
  5. Then the contents of the bowl should be placed on pita bread on top of the lettuce leaves. Next, you need to bend the side edges of the pita bread inward and wrap the workpiece in the shape of a roll.
  6. The finished dish must be cooled in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.

Lavash with canned tuna and corn should be served by cutting it into portions along with sour cream sauce.

Lavash with canned tuna and cucumber

Grocery list:

  • — Two Armenian lavash (flatbread is not suitable, only thin products are taken).
  • — Three cucumbers (you can use both fresh cucumbers and pickled or salted ones).
  • — A jar of canned food (tuna in oil).
  • — Fresh lettuce or any other greens of your choice.
  • - Mayonnaise - 3 spoons.

  • 1 pita bread;
  • 90 g canned tuna;
  • 50 g canned corn;
  • 1 avocado;
  • 50 g lemon juice;
  • 80 g mayonnaise;
  • 80 g spinach.

Step-by-step cooking instructions:

  1. To begin, spinach should be washed well, dried with paper towels, the central vein removed from each inflorescence and very finely chopped with a knife.
  2. Next, you need to wash the avocado in cold water, cut it into 2 parts and remove the pit. The prepared avocado will need to be cut into small cubes and sprinkled with lemon juice.

  3. Now you need to drain all excess liquid from the can of tuna, place the contents of the can on a plate, remove the bones and mash using a fork. Pour mayonnaise into the mashed tuna and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  4. Then you also need to drain the water from the can of corn, add the required amount to the tuna with mayonnaise and mix again.
  5. Afterwards, you need to unfold the pita bread on the table, lay out the cut avocado in strips, then lay out the mixture of tuna and corn and spinach. The resulting workpiece must be wrapped in a tight roll, wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in the refrigerator for several hours.

The finished appetizer should be cut into portions and served, garnished with chopped green onions.

With tomatoes

To prepare the tomato version, you need the following ingredients:

  • 90 g canned tuna in oil;
  • 20 g salad mix;
  • 1 pita bread;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 10 g green onions;
  • 1/4 tsp. table salt;
  • 1/4 tsp. chopped pepper.

Lavash with tomatoes and canned tuna is prepared as follows:

  1. First you need to wash the green onion feathers, dry them with paper towels and chop them into thin rings. The cucumbers should also be rinsed under running water, cut into 2 parts, remove the seeds with a spoon and cut into half rings. The tomato must be washed and cut into thin slices.

  2. Now you need to put the contents of the can of tuna on a plate, after draining the liquid from it, and mash the fish with a fork.
  3. Then you need to spread a sheet of pita bread on the table, lay out the leaves of the salad mix on it, put tomato slices, cucumber half rings and mashed fish on top. You also need to place green onion rings on top of the fish and wrap the pita bread into a roll shape.
  4. Now the workpiece will need to be wrapped in a plastic bag and placed in the refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours.

The finished appetizer should be served garnished with chopped dill.

With mustard

To prepare a mustard snack you will need:

  • 1 pita bread;
  • 1 can of canned tuna;
  • 3 lettuce leaves;
  • 1 cucumber;

  2. Now you need to pour water into the saucepan, place the egg in it and put it on medium heat. When the water starts to boil, you need to boil the egg for 10 - 13 minutes. The boiled egg needs to be cooled in water, peeled and finely chopped or grated on a grater with small holes.
  3. Next, drain all the liquid from the jar of fish, place the contents of the jar on a plate, remove the bones and mash the tuna with a fork.
  4. Then you will need to rinse the lettuce leaves and dry them using paper towels. The cucumber should also be washed, peeled using a vegetable peeler and cut into thin slices.

  5. Now you need to spread the lavash sheet with the prepared sauce in an even layer, lay out the mashed fish, put lettuce leaves and chopped cucumber on top. The workpiece must be wrapped in the shape of a tight roll, packed in plastic wrap or foil and placed in the refrigerator for 20 - 60 minutes.

Lavash roll with tuna and green salad

To prepare this snack, I recommend using high-quality canned food and good soft, fresh and tasty processed cheese. Since the taste of the finished dish will largely depend on the quality of these ingredients. However, spoiled lettuce leaves or cheap mayonnaise can also ruin all your efforts. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use low-fat yogurt or a few tablespoons of plain water.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled egg 1 pc.
  • Fresh cucumber 1 pc.
  • Tuna (canned) 160 g
  • Processed cheese 1 pc.
  • Thin pita bread 1 pc.
  • Green salad 20 g
  • Mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp. l.
  • Garlic 1-2 cloves
  • Salt 3 pinches
  • Ground black pepper 2 pinches

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the garlic and remove the core. Then finely chop the garlic or pass through a press.
  2. Mix processed cheese, mayonnaise, chopped garlic, salt and ground black pepper. Then mix everything well.
  3. If the cheese is soft, then it should be at room temperature, then you can mix it without any problems using a regular fork. And if the cheese has a denser structure, then it is better to cool it a little in the freezer (30-40 minutes) and grate it on a medium grater.
  4. Add a boiled egg, grated on a medium grater, to the cheese mixture. In order to boil an egg, you need to put it in a small container and fill it with cold water, add salt (1 tsp - 1 tbsp) and put it on fire. After the water boils, cook the egg for 8-10 minutes and lower it into ice water.
  5. Mix the egg and cheese mixture well. Be sure to taste and add salt, spices or garlic if necessary.
  6. Rinse the cucumber and peel if desired. If the cucumbers are greenhouse, then before eating it is best to leave them in water for 30-40 minutes, and you can add a little soda to the water. This procedure will help get rid of nitrates and nitrites.
  7. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. The thinner the slices, the better.
  8. Open the tuna and mash it with a fork. You can transfer the fish to a separate container, or you can do it directly in the jar. Note: you cannot store canned food after you have opened it in a jar, since an open can of canned food quickly oxidizes.
  9. Place a sheet of lavash on foil and brush with egg-cheese mixture. All the ingredients are designed for one large sheet of lavash, but today I came across cut lavash, so I had to make not one large, but several small rolls.
  10. Place tuna, cucumber slices and lettuce on the pita bread. If desired, you can lightly salt and pepper the dish. The ingredients can be placed in any order, but tuna is best
  11. Wrap closer to the center of the roll, and cucumbers can be laid out both horizontally and vertically. Instead of green salad, you can use almost any collection of salads; it is advisable to choose those in which young leaves predominate. Roll the pita bread into a roll.
  12. And wrap the roll in foil. You can use cling film instead of foil, but foil holds its shape better. We put our rolls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, and preferably an hour. This way the pita bread will be soaked in the sauce and become soft. The longer the roll sits, the softer the pita bread will become. Lavash that is too soft does not hold its shape well, but it turns out to be a very tender dish.
  13. Cut the finished rolls at an angle and serve to your taste. A roll of thin pita bread with tuna and green salad can be served on a holiday table, or taken with you to a picnic or barbecue.

With apple

To prepare a dish with apple you will need the following ingredients:

  • 200 g lavash;
  • 150 g cream cheese;
  • 100 g canned tuna;
  • 1 avocado;
  • 100 g bell pepper;
  • 100 g apples;
  • 2 green onions;
  • 10 g dill;
  • 10 g parsley;
  • 50 g sour cream;
  • 1 tsp. mustard;
  • 1/4 tsp. chopped pepper;
  • 1/4 tsp. table salt.

Lavash with canned tuna and apple can be prepared according to the following scheme:

  1. First you need to wash and cut the avocado into 2 parts, remove the pit, peel the skin with a knife and place the pulp in a bowl. The avocado should be soft.
  2. Next, place the tuna in a bowl with the avocado, after draining the liquid from the jar, remove the bones from the fish and mash both components with a fork until smooth.
  3. Now you need to wash the apple with the bell pepper, peel the apple using a vegetable peeler, and cut the bell pepper into 2 parts, remove the core with seeds and cut both components into small cubes. Place the chopped apple and pepper in a bowl with the fish and avocado.

  4. Then you will need to wash the parsley and dill, dry them, remove the stems and finely chop them. Also wash the green onion feathers, dry them and cut into thin rings. Place the chopped greens in a bowl with all the ingredients, add sour cream and mustard, add chopped pepper and table salt and mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly.
  5. Afterwards, cut the sheet of lavash into 2 equal parts, spread the first half of the cream cheese, place the second half of the lavash on top and press a little. The remaining cheese should be greased with the second half of the pita bread and placed on top of the prepared filling.
  6. Now the workpiece should be wrapped in the shape of a tight roll, put it in a plastic bag and sent to the refrigerator for 2 hours. The finished snack must be cut into pieces 4 - 5 cm thick.

Low-calorie pita roll with tuna

If you think that on a diet you can’t treat yourself to something tasty without gaining excess weight, then you are mistaken. One of the recipes for tuna rolls in pita bread is intended for those who prefer light and healthy food.

Ingredients:

  • Thin pita bread - 1 sheet;
  • Tuna in its own juice – 1 can;
  • Lettuce leaves - 3-4 leaves;
  • Cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • Low-fat yogurt - 3 tbsp;
  • Mustard and horseradish - 1 tsp each;
  • Egg - 1 pc.;
  • Spices - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Let's prepare the sauce: to do this, mix yogurt, mustard and horseradish. Add some spices to the sauce.
  2. Chop the hard-boiled egg and add it to the sauce.
  3. Drain the juice from the can and mash the tuna with a fork.
  4. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and let them dry completely.
  5. Peel the cucumber and cut into small thin slices.
