Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 300g.
  • Cons. Pineapples – 200g.
  • Champignons – 500g.
  • Pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs.
  • Walnuts – 1/2 tbsp.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 200g.
  • Cranberries – 50g.
  • Mayonnaise – 300g.
  • Table mustard – 1 tsp.
  • Coriander – 1 tsp. (ground)
  • Dill greens - a bunch

  • Prunes – 100 g.

1. First of all, boil the breast. If you want, you can completely replace it with smoked one. But we will still cook it. Place in cold water and place on the stove. If you only need chicken, without broth, then it is better to immerse the meat in boiling water. But, I believe that good chicken broth will never be superfluous in the household. And it turns out richer if you put the chicken in cold water.

2. After boiling, salt the water, add bay leaves and peppercorns. Cook until done. Then cool it in a cold place. To make the chicken juicier, it is better to do it directly in the broth.

3. Cut the cooled fillet into small cubes. You can separate it into fibers by hand. In the prepared salad pan, place the chicken in the first layer. Give the future salad a slightly oblong pineapple shape.

4. Remove the pineapple from the juice. Cut into small cubes. Place on top of the chicken. Prunes, if they are too dry, are first soaked in boiling water. Then wash and dry with water. Cut into small pieces. Place it on the pineapple.

5. Cover with a mesh of mayonnaise. Gently spread the sauce so that the prunes remain in one layer in place.

6. Grate the cheese with a coarse grater. Sprinkle on top. We trim the salad so that it increasingly takes on the shape of a pineapple.

7. Egg white with three coarse graters. Sprinkle on cheese, grease with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with finely grated yolk. Now you can decorate. We will do this with walnut slices and pineapple cubes.

Before serving, be sure to put the salad in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. The longer it sits, the better the components will be saturated with each other!

Salad with pineapple and chicken, cheese and squid

Ingredients:

  • Canned pineapple, 1 jar,
  • Boiled chicken meat, 300 gr.,
  • Frozen squid, 300 gr.,
  • Cheese, 150-200 gr.,
  • Mayonnaise to desired consistency.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil chicken meat in salted water, let cool. Pour boiling water over frozen squids and drain the water after a couple of minutes.
  2. Cut the boiled chicken into medium-sized cubes,
  3. Canned pineapple cut into pieces
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater,
  5. Slice the squid
  6. Mix the resulting ingredients, season with mayonnaise, and serve.

If you leave the squid whole, without cutting it into pieces, you can lay out the salad in the form of a slide, decorating it with squid on top.

A New Year's dish should not only be tasty, but also beautiful. Turning classic pineapple chicken into a delicious holiday treat is as simple as spending a few extra minutes decorating.

The recipe, in addition to boiled breast and canned pineapple, includes boiled eggs and cheese. An important point is that the cheese chosen is not neutral, but with a bright, attractive taste. Sweet or spicy - depends on your preferences.

The salad mass is placed on a dish and a cone or half a circle is formed - a piece of cheese. Sprinkle it with grated cheese on all sides. To give a complete resemblance to the favorite product of the future housewife of the year, place leaves of hard cheese with holes on top and on the sides of the “piece”. Mice are made from chicken and quail eggs and pieces of cheese.

  1. For the salad we need boiled chicken meat. Therefore, boil the breast in advance in salted water until fully cooked, i.e. 40 minutes from the moment of boiling. When the meat has cooled, cut it into small cubes and place in a salad bowl.

  2. Take the pineapple rings from the jar and cut them into cubes the same size as the meat. Then the salad will look very beautiful. Let's put it in a salad bowl.

  3. Three hard-boiled eggs on a coarse grater. You can chop them with a knife or mash them with a fork. Add to other products.

  4. Three cheeses on a fine grater and put half of this amount into a salad bowl, leaving the rest for decorating the dish.

  5. Squeeze the garlic cloves through a press and add mayonnaise. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. The salad is already ready, all that remains is to decorate it colorfully for the New Year's table.

  6. Place the salad on a flat, elegant dish and give it a triangular shape, reminiscent of a large piece of cheese. Sprinkle the dish with cheese crumbs. You can lay it on top with slices of any hard cheese, or you can leave it as is.

  7. And finally, we move on to the most interesting decoration - the creation of little mice. To do this, peel hard-boiled quail eggs and cut off the white from the bottom to give them stability. Cut out round ears and tails from the cheese. Having made slits in the right places with a knife, insert the ears - we form the head of the mouse. And with coriander seeds we form eyes with a nose.

    You can also use black peppercorns for this.

    In the same way we make a large mouse from a chicken egg.
