Salad with smoked chicken breast, the recipe of which includes fresh herbs and cucumber, is suitable for a popular protein diet, however, in this case it is worth replacing the mayonnaise with low-fat sour cream and mustard.

Ingredients:

  • Smoked chicken fillet – 300 g.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g.
  • Eggs – 5 pieces.
  • Onions – 1 piece.
  • Fresh cucumber – 1-2 pieces depending on size.
  • Vinegar 9% – 2 tbsp.
  • Greens (optional).
  • Mayonnaise or sour cream with mustard to taste.

Cooking steps:

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes from the moment the water boils. Fill them with ice water several times to make cleaning easier.
  2. Cut the chicken meat into even cubes with a side of about 0.5 cm. Place in a salad bowl.
