Step-by-step cooking process

The cooking process includes several stages:

  1. It is better to prepare pork in advance - boil or bake in foil. The already prepared meat must be cooled completely (if it was cooked, then directly in the broth), and then cut into small pieces.

  2. Shredded pork is mixed with beans in a large salad bowl.
  3. The remaining ingredients must be accompanied by a tomato, previously cut into small cubes. If a lot of juice is released during chopping, it must be drained and not added to the salad.
  4. For the sauce, combine mayonnaise and sour cream in equal proportions in a separate bowl. Salt, spices, and sweet mustard are added to the mixture to taste.
  5. All that remains is to season the salad components with the resulting sauce.

After thorough mixing, you can serve the treat to the table.
