- chicken – 200 g;
- cheese – 50 g;

- grainy mustard – 30 g;
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.;

Preparation:
- You can use ready-made croutons for salad, but homemade fresh ones turn out much tastier.

- We wash the eggplants in running water, dry them thoroughly with a paper towel, place them in a frying pan heated with oil along with crushed garlic, fry, pepper, salt, cool and add to the previously prepared ingredients.
- From the products listed above, prepare the sauce for the dressing, mix all the ingredients and season the salad with the resulting sauce, mix everything and place it in one or two cooking rings.

Sour cream will not spoil the dish
Almost any salad with sour cream can be considered dietary, because this dressing, unlike mayonnaise, is much less fatty and has a number of useful properties.
Of course, the calorie content of a salad with sour cream will directly depend on the ingredients included in the dish, but such snacks still turn out to be light and have a delicate and fresh taste.
All kinds of vegetable salads are often prepared with sour cream, but it can also be used to make an original sauce for meat or fish appetizers. As for vegetables, sour cream goes well with almost any: cucumbers and tomatoes, cabbage and carrots, sweet peppers and radishes, potatoes and legumes.
A salad with sour cream can be made more satisfying if you prepare it with boiled eggs, chicken, seafood or meat. Sour cream for dressing can be used in its pure form, or you can add various additives to it: mustard, aromatic herbs, garlic or spices.
Separately, it is worth mentioning the fruit salad with sour cream. Similar dessert dishes are prepared from apples, citrus fruits, bananas, grapes, berries, and melon.
Sour cream sauce for fruit salads can be sour or sweet, depending on personal preference. Sugar or honey, cinnamon, fresh mint, nuts or seeds are often added to the dressing.
Proponents of a healthy diet prefer to prepare salads with vegetable oil, but with sour cream the dishes are no less healthy and tasty. This fermented milk product has a delicate creamy taste with a slight sourness and perfectly complements many products.
Many people are concerned about the question: how many calories are in a salad with sour cream? It all depends on the fat content of the latter and the ingredients from which the dish is prepared.
For salads, it is recommended to use low-fat sour cream (up to 10-15%), which has a less thick consistency and is optimal for a low-calorie diet. For example, if a salad with sour cream contains only cucumbers and tomatoes, then its calorie content will be only 58 kcal per 100 g.
The calorie content of a cucumber salad with sour cream will be only 55 kcal, while a similar dish with mayonnaise will have 171 kcal. The same applies to other vegetable snacks, for example, a tomato or cabbage salad with sour cream will contain only 60 and 47 kcal per 100 g, respectively, and the calorie content of the same dishes with mayonnaise dressing will increase at least 2 times.
Salad "Winter"
Ingredients:
- chicken breast – 2 pcs;
- cottage cheese – 200 g;
- sour cream – 100 g;
- crab sticks - 100 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs.;
- cheese – 150 g;
- salt pepper.
Preparation:
- Grate the boiled eggs on a fine grater, and also grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Cut crab sticks and chicken breast into small cubes.
- Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, salt and pepper.
Place the prepared products in layers on the prepared plate for serving:
- chicken cubes;
- cottage cheese with sour cream;
- cubes of crab sticks;
- grated eggs;
- cottage cheese with sour cream;
- cheese, grated on a fine grater, cover the side surfaces with cheese;
- cottage cheese with sour cream;
- eggs.
