Ingredients:

  • cucumber – 1-2 pcs.;
  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • radishes – 6 pcs.;
  • garlic – 1-2 pcs.;
  • sour cream – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • salt and herbs - to taste.

Preparation:

Cut thoroughly washed vegetables into slices. Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into large pieces.

Grind the radishes, herbs and garlic in a blender, mix the resulting vegetable mass with sour cream, season with salt.

Lubricate the egg-cucumber slices with the dressing. A tasty, aromatic, and most importantly light and tender salad is ready. Bon appetit.

Advice! Depending on personal culinary preferences, we replace sour cream with mayonnaise or natural yogurt, without additives.

With radishes and cereals – Bulgur

If you haven’t tried a delicious vitamin salad yet, be sure to fill this gap. He's really very good. And it’s not at all difficult to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pcs.;
  • bulgur – ¼ cup;
  • water (for cooking cereals) – ½ tbsp.;
  • radishes – 6 pcs.;
  • fresh cucumber – 1 pc.;
  • lettuce leaves (Iceberg) – 100 g;
  • salt - to taste;
  • natural yogurt – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves.

Preparation

Boil the cereal in lightly salted water until tender. Approximately 15 minutes on low heat after boiling.

We cut the washed vegetables - radishes into strips, cucumber - into slices. Chop the salad (alternatively, tear it into small pieces with your hands).

Peel the eggs and grind them in any convenient way. Add the slightly cooled bulgur to the vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly.

In a separate container, combine all the ingredients for the dressing, namely: yogurt, butter and garlic pressed through a press.

We serve a delicious and simple salad with radishes and cucumbers. Bon appetit.

Advice! Flavored salad olive oil is best for dressing.

Recipe 2: salad with cabbage, cucumber and radish

I offer you this salad with cabbage, cucumber and radish. Feta cheese is added to this salad and seasoned with sunflower oil, preferably homemade.

  • White cabbage - 250 g;
  • Radishes - 8-10 pcs;
  • Fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
  • Green onions - 4-5 pcs;
  • Fresh dill - 0.5 bunch;
  • Fresh parsley - 0.5 bunch;
  • Feta cheese - 50 g;
  • Salt, pepper (to taste);
  • Sunflower oil (fragrant).

Chop the cabbage thinly, add salt and mash well with your hands. You can use Peking grain in this version, it is softer and does not need to be ground. Cut the cucumber into strips.

Thinly slice the radish and add it to the cabbage and cucumber.

Grind dill, parsley and green onions. Pepper the salad a little.

Stir vegetables, pour in sunflower oil. Add feta cheese. I also added 30 g of cheese. Mix carefully again. Taste the salad; if there is not enough salt, add more.

You can serve the salad immediately. Bon appetit!

Classic vegetable salad

To prepare, you don’t need anything supernatural, just a simple list of vegetables (with which the market is overflowing at the height of the summer season) and a little time.

Ingredients:

  • radishes – 12 pcs.;
  • fresh cucumber – 2 pcs.;
  • lettuce, spinach, green onions, dill - 1 small bunch each;
  • olive oil – 100 g;
  • salt - to taste.

Preparation:

We wash the vegetables using a special grater and chop them into thin strips. Using our hands, we tear the lettuce leaves in random order.

Chop the onion, chop the dill and spinach. Combine all ingredients, mix, salt, season with oil.

Advice! For a more impressive presentation, cut a couple of radishes into large pieces and place them on top of the salad, thereby decorating the dish.

We do exactly the same thing with cucumbers. If the fruits are large, chop them into strips.

Dry the washed tomatoes on a paper towel, cut them in half, and cut off the stem.

Cut the onion into rings or half rings. Chop the garlic in any convenient way (using a knife or grater).

Chop the greens as finely as possible. Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl, add salt and season.

For reference! The salad will turn out to be dietary if you replace the mayonnaise with vegetable oil and the onion with garlic.

Cucumber salad with radishes with soy sauce

These salads are quick to prepare and just as quick to eat. Following the recipe, we will use mayonnaise for dressing. If this product is unacceptable for some reason, we replace it with natural yogurt as an alternative. But then the taste will also change.

Ingredients:

  • cucumber – 2 pcs.;
  • radishes – 10 pcs.;
  • eggs (boiled) – 3 pcs.;
  • green onion - a couple of sprigs;
  • greens (dill, parsley, cilantro) – 1 bunch;
  • soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • mustard – 1.5 tsp.

Preparation:

Wash and dry vegetables and herbs. Cut the cucumbers into oblong strips and radishes into half rings.

Peel the eggs and chop into cubes. Finely chop the green onions. Mix simple and tasty ingredients in a single salad bowl, sprinkle with soy sauce, and mix.

Combine mayonnaise with mustard. Place the appetizer around the plate and place the sauce in the center. Sprinkle the appetizer with chopped herbs on top.

Advice! The dish is best eaten immediately after preparation. After standing for a while, the vegetables will release juice, and it will be watery and not so appetizing.

Ingredients:

  • white cabbage – 200 g;
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
  • radishes – 7 pcs.;
  • dill – 1 bunch;
  • canned corn – 0.5 cans;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - for dressing.

Preparation:

Having prepared the components, we begin the process. Shred the cabbage into strips, cut the cucumber and radish into circles.

Finely chop the dill, combine everything in one bowl, lay out half a can of corn, after draining the liquid from it.

Tear the well-washed salad into pieces or cut it, as you prefer. Place all ingredients in one bowl, season with salt and pepper, add oil, and mix.

  • crab sticks – 5 pcs.;
  • mixture of greens (dill, parsley, lettuce, green onions) - 0.5 bunch;

Wash the greens and vegetables thoroughly and let the water drain.
