- 300 gr. radishes;
- 4 hard-boiled eggs;
- 3-4 sprigs of dill;
- 3 tbsp. sour cream;

Radish salad with egg and sour cream - how to prepare the most delicious

- radish – 300 g,

For dressing it is better to use full-fat sour cream. And if desired, you can even replace it with yogurt, but only natural one, without adding fruit.
How to cook
Wash the radishes, cut them into rings, and place them in a salad bowl.
Boil the eggs until fully cooked, cool, peel and grate. If you don't want to chop it too much, you can just cut it into cubes. Add to radishes.
Wash the dill and green onions and chop them as finely as possible. Add to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

- 8 radishes;

- handful of basil leaves (if available)
Preparation:
1. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry with a paper towel and place on the bottom of each plate.
2. Wash the radishes and cut them into slices, sprinkle on top of the lettuce leaves.
3. In a small bowl, mix finely chopped chicken with mayonnaise, place half a portion on top of the radishes. Sprinkle with chopped basil and pepper.
