Mannik with milk in a slow cooker: a classic recipe

It is very simple to prepare semolina pie in a multicooker: for each dish, the “smart” technology has a special program. You only need to prepare and mix the ingredients, following the traditional recipe. To save money, it is allowed to replace milk with diluted dry milk, and butter with margarine.

We will cook from the following products:

  • milk with a fat content of approximately 2 - 2.7% - 1 tbsp.;
  • sugar – 0.5 tbsp. (1 tbsp for those who like very sweet pastries);
  • semolina – 1 tbsp.;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • salt – 0.5 tsp;
  • baking powder for dough – 0.5 tsp;
  • a piece of butter.

Cooking method:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough in a deep container. First of all, break the eggs into it and beat them with a blender until a fluffy foam appears.
  2. Pour sugar, salt, baking powder into the egg foam and stir until no grains remain. Then pour milk into the container and mix the products again.
  3. It's time to add semolina to the ingredients. To prevent the cereal from seizing in lumps, pour small pinches of it into the bowl. Do this as you would normally salt food. Do not stop stirring the contents of the container. Now set the dough aside for 15 minutes to allow the cereal to swell.
  4. Run a piece of butter along the bottom and sides of the multi-bowl. Fill the bowl with dough and start the “Bake” mode for 40 minutes.
  5. When the kitchen multi-appliance signals that the semolina is ready, lift the lid and use a spatula to carefully separate the edges of the cake from the bowl. Getting the manna out of the slow cooker is usually easy, but if your pie resists, wait until it cools down a little and try again.

Place the dessert on a flat plate, cut into portions and pour berry jam over them. Bon appetit!

Chocolate manna with milk in a slow cooker

Manna with chocolate will successfully replace regular semolina porridge, which children do not like so much. Rest assured, your child will leave the table well-fed!

Dessert products:

  • milk – 1 tbsp.;
  • fat sour cream – 300 g;
  • sugar – 1.5 tbsp;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • semolina – 1 tbsp.;
  • milk chocolate – ½ bar;
  • salt – 1 pinch;
  • baking powder for dough – 1 tsp;
  • a piece of butter.

It’s very easy to prepare delicious manna with milk in a slow cooker:

  1. Let's start testing right away. Break the eggs into a deep cup, add half or a little more glass of sugar there and thoroughly beat the ingredients. Then salt the sweet egg mixture, add baking powder and butter, and beat the ingredients again. Pour milk into a cup in a thin stream and add semolina in small portions. Mix the ingredients slowly.
  2. Place the dough into the multicooker bowl, after greasing its inner surface with butter. Program the kitchen appliance to operate for 45 minutes in the “Baking” mode.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the cream. For this we will need 5 – 10 minutes, no more. Place the sour cream in a convenient deep container, then add 1 cup of granulated sugar and use a blender to grind the ingredients into a thick and fluffy mass. Please note that the thickness and consistency of the finished cream directly depend on the initial fat content of the sour cream.
  4. When the manna with milk in the slow cooker is ready, carefully transfer it to a suitable plate, cover it with a top of cream and a layer of grated chocolate. Admire what a delicious dessert we made!

How to cook “Mannik without flour”

1

First of all, wash the cereal, if necessary, and fill it with kefir. It should swell well, so if time is of the essence, leave it to soak as long as possible, then the cake will turn out more tender.

2

Melt the butter in a water bath, or using a microwave, and mix it with sugar so that the sugar is at least partially dissolved.

3

Add this liquid mixture to the semolina with kefir, and stir thoroughly, adding vanillin.

4

Beat the eggs with a whisk by hand, or using a blender, and carefully fold into the dough.

5

The dough should be uniform, without lumps, and quite liquid. Pour it into a baking dish (which, by the way, would also be nice to sprinkle semolina around the edges so that the semolina can later easily separate from the walls).

6

Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.

7

That's all! It is best to check readiness with a toothpick, but carefully - the cake should be quite crumbly and tender, so do not inadvertently disturb its structure :)

Mannik with milk and pumpkin in a slow cooker

The juicy pumpkin pulp gives the semolina pie a beautiful amber color, and the cinnamon fills the taste with warm, festive notes. In addition, we will fill the finished manna with syrup. Fans of juicy and “wet” baked goods will certainly appreciate this version of the dish.

To prepare pumpkin manna with milk in a slow cooker, stock up on the following ingredients:

  • finely chopped pumpkin pulp - 2 tbsp.;
  • semolina – 1.5 tbsp;
  • milk – 1 tbsp.;
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar – 0.5 tbsp;
  • butter for greasing the bowl.

For syrup take:

  • apple juice – 100 g;
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar – 2/3 tbsp.;
  • cinnamon – 1 pinch.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Squeeze the chopped pumpkin well. By the way, you can make syrup from pumpkin juice (then you don’t need apple juice).
  2. Mix baking powder with milk, then add pumpkin, sugar and semolina to these ingredients. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and the dough for the semolina pie is ready. Grease the multi-bowl with a piece of butter, place the dough there and turn on the “Baking” program on the device for 40 - 45 minutes.
  3. While the manna is coming up, let's start preparing the syrup. Combine apple juice with lemon juice and sugar. If you like the specific taste of cinnamon, be sure to add a pinch of spice to the mixture. Bring the syrup to a boil.
  4. Pour the aromatic liquid over the hot manna. Please note that the cake must be placed on a plate with high edges - it will “swim” in the syrup until it has absorbed most of it. After half an hour, dessert can be served.
