  • 200 g butter
  • 3-4 tbsp. cocoa powder

1. Break the cookies into pieces, place in a blender bowl and grind until flour. Pour it into a deep bowl and mix with cocoa. Place a couple of tablespoons into a separate plate for decoration.

2. Cut soft butter into pieces and add to chocolate flour. Using your hands, rub the mixture until smooth. Then gradually pour in the condensed milk. You should have a plastic soft dough. It shouldn't be too sticky.

3. Take a small piece and roll it into a potato. Roll it in crumbs on all sides and place on a plate. Form all products in this way.

4. Pour milk into a thick-bottomed saucepan and add 200 g of sugar. Place the mixture over medium heat. Stirring constantly, bring it to a boil. Then cook for 1-2 minutes until the grains are completely dissolved.

5. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg with the remaining sugar with a whisk. Pour in the milk syrup in a thin stream, stirring the egg vigorously. Pour the finished mixture into a saucepan and place over medium heat. Cook until thickened (after boiling for 1-2 minutes), stirring the mixture constantly. Its consistency should resemble not very thick condensed milk. Cool the cream to room temperature.

6. Cut soft butter into small pieces. Beat with a mixer into a fluffy mass. Continuing to beat, gradually add the cooled milk cream into it. Finally add cognac and vanilla essence. The mass should be fluffy and thick.

7. Set aside one or two tablespoons of cream for decoration. Combine the butter Charlotte with the biscuit crumbs, mixing the mass thoroughly with your hands. Shape the cakes into an oval shape. Place on a plate.

3. Cream the butter in a bowl and pour in the chocolate syrup. Using a blender, thoroughly mix the ingredients until smooth.

  • Egg – 6 pcs.;
  • Wheat flour (premium grade) -290 gr..

Cooking process:

  1. First you need to prepare a biscuit. Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs. Beat the yolk with half the sugar until bubbles appear and the mass lightens.
  2. Beat the whites with a whisk by hand (longer) or using a mixer until elastic peaks form.
  3. Next, add sugar to the whites and continue beating until the mixture becomes smooth and shiny.
  4. Carefully pour the whites into the yolk. Mix with a silicone spatula from bottom to top. As if mixing the yolk into the white.
  5. Sift the flour through a sieve and add to the mixture.
  6. Place the resulting dough in a mold previously sprinkled with flour and greased with melted butter.
  7. Bake the cake at 220 degrees for about 17 minutes.

Chop the nuts finely with a knife or grind in a blender. Press the wet side of the potatoes against the nuts so they stick.
