- Milk (can be replaced with kefir, whey or diluted sour cream) 3 tbsp. l.
- Refined vegetable oil (it is better to use olive oil) 2 tbsp. l.
- Vanillin 1 pinch.
- Salt 1 pinch.
- Flour 3 tbsp. l.
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l.
- Baking powder 3/4 tsp.
Whisk the egg and salt in a convenient container. Use a mixer on low speed or a fork. Add sugar, vanillin and gradually increasing the speed of the device, make a fluffy foam.
Pour milk and vegetable oil into the egg foam. Stir.
Pour flour, cocoa, baking powder into a sieve. Sift dry ingredients into wet mixture. Mix well until smooth. The result should not be too thick a mass (like pancakes), it should crawl from a spoon and not immediately spread out. If the dough is too thick, add a little milk, if liquid, add flour.
Divide the dough into silicone molds, filling them no more than halfway. Under the influence of microwave rays, the dough rises strictly vertically over the entire area of the mold, almost without forming a spherical cap as in a conventional oven.
Bake muffins in the microwave for 2 minutes at 650 W. Check doneness with a toothpick. If the dough inside is set, leave the cupcakes to cool in the oven with the door closed for 2 minutes. Then cool and release from the molds.
Easy recipe without eggs with sour cream in the microwave

- flour – 100 g;
- baking powder – ½ tsp;
- olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
- sugar – 2 tbsp. l.;
- cocoa powder – 1.5 tbsp. l.;
