- boiled pork 250-300 grams;
- Korean carrots 200 grams;

- processed cheese 2 pcs;
- mayonnaise 100-150 grams;
- frying oil;

Ingredients for Korean carrots:
- carrots 200 grams;
- garlic 4 cloves;
- pinch of ground red pepper;
- ground black pepper 1/3 tsp. or to taste;
- salt 1/4 tsp. or to taste;
- sugar 1/2 tsp;
- coriander 1/3 tsp;
- vinegar 9% 1 tbsp;
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
Cooking steps:
1. Boil the meat, add salt and pepper to taste. The taste of this salad depends on Korean carrots. I give the full recipe of ingredients for Korean carrots, so you better prepare it yourself. I cut the onion into small pieces, add salt, sugar, 9% vinegar, and pour boiling water over it. Let the onions cool completely, then drain the liquid. I cut the champignon mushrooms into small pieces and place them in a hot frying pan. I will fry until the liquid evaporates. I add salt, black pepper, vegetable oil, fry the champignons until golden brown, then remove them on a paper towel. I cut the meat into strips. I grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
2. All ingredients are ready, I assemble the salad. The first layer is boiled meat + a mesh of mayonnaise. Next I add pickled onions. Next comes a layer of fried mushrooms, greased with mayonnaise. Then comes a layer of eggs + a little mayonnaise. I put Korean carrots and mayonnaise mesh on top. I grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

7. I don’t grease the top layer of cheese with dressing, I just decorate it with pomegranate seeds, you can lightly press them down with your hand so that they stick better.

- chopped greens (assorted) – 3-3.5 tbsp. l.;
- butter – 2 tbsp. l.;
- apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp. l.;
- salt and pepper.
Step-by-step cooking process
The cooking process includes several stages:
- Already boiled beef needs to be cut into cubes and cooked until golden brown in melted butter. Next, the meat should be cooled.
- You need to chop the onion into thin half rings, add a mixture of apple cider vinegar and the same amount of water. Loan - let it brew for a quarter of an hour and squeeze.
- Red bell peppers need to be cut into cubes.
- For the sauce, mayonnaise is salted and combined with chopped herbs.
The salad is laid out on a plate in layers: meat, onion and pepper. Each one is coated with sauce.

- pickled mushrooms – 350 g;
- vinegar – 110 ml (9%);
- mayonnaise.
Cooking method:
- Pour vinegar and water over the onion rings. Sweeten. Add salt. Stir and set aside for half an hour. Drain the liquid.
- Chop eggs, potatoes and meat. Grate the cheese. Drain the marinade from the mushrooms.
- Salt the mayonnaise. Add chopped dill and dried cilantro.
- Cover part of the pork with onions and potatoes. Then distribute the mushrooms, remaining meat, cheese shavings and eggs. Spread each layer with sauce.
Important! Only fresh, chilled pieces of meat are suitable for cooking. Do not use frozen product. When purchasing, you should pay attention to color, aroma and appearance. None of the above should raise suspicion.

- peppercorns;
- beef – 650 g;
- mayonnaise – 230 ml;

- sugar – 7 g;

Cooking method:
- Pour salt into the water. Add peppercorns and bay leaves. Boil. Then place the piece of meat and cook for an hour and a half. Remove, cool and cut into thin slices.
- Chop eggs and herbs. Pour vinegar over chopped onions and sweeten. Add a little salt. Stir and leave for half an hour. Drain the brine. Grate the cheese.
- Lay out the meat pieces. Coat with mayonnaise. Distribute onion with eggs. Grease with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with herbs, followed by cheese shavings.
