  • water – 3 glasses;
  • pressed yeast – 100 grams;

  • salt – 3 teaspoons.

For the dough

:

  • wheat flour – 2 tablespoons;
  • granulated sugar – 3 tablespoons;
  • water – 0.5 cups.

For filling:

  • potatoes – 10-12 pcs.;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.

We start with the filling: boil about 1.5 kilograms of potatoes until tender without adding salt. Then drain the water and leave a little broth. Add a little salt to taste and mash into the puree until smooth.
