But then it turned out that you can easily cook chicken wings in the oven with potatoes, and it will turn out very tasty. The recipe itself is very simple, and even a novice housewife can handle it, because there are no secret techniques in it. And chicken meat can also be called dietary, especially if it is baked and not fried in oil. It also contains a lot of B vitamins, calcium and iron, which helps improve heart function. Protein is a source of energy for muscle development and growth.

    Plus, wings are much cheaper than other meats, so you can buy more of them and feed the whole family. And potatoes are a very filling side dish that can be bought in a store for pennies, so this dish is suitable for my large family. Even the cat gets bones from the table, which he is incredibly happy about. Try to cook such a wonderful dish, and you definitely won’t regret it.

    How to deliciously cook wings with potatoes in the oven

    Chicken wings are one of the traditional beer snacks. But if you add potatoes or spaghetti to them, they can become a complete meal. They can be fried, boiled, baked in the oven, or made into kebab.

    Before cooking, they can be marinated in various sauces: honey, soy, mayonnaise. There are many different cooking options - both festive and everyday. Most of them are quite simple, but some of the nuances described in the recipes require attention.

    Juicy wings with potatoes baked in the oven

    In order to quickly prepare dinner without spending time preparing the side dish and meat separately, you can use the recipe for baking chicken wings in the oven with potatoes.

    I cut it, put it on a baking sheet, put it in the oven and forgot for a certain time. There is no need to stand over it or stir it. Everything is very simple.

    Wash the wings and dry them well with napkins. They can be left whole or cut into two parts.

    Place in a deep glass bowl, add some salt, season with spices and add mayonnaise. Mix well and leave to marinate for 3 hours.

    We clean the vegetables. Shred into thick slices.

    Take a small baking sheet, put potatoes on top, cut margarine into pieces and randomly lay out the onion, cut into rings.

    • Wings – 1.5 kg;
    • Paprika – 1 tsp;
    • Salt - to taste;
    • Homemade ketchup – 3 tbsp. l.;
    • Fresh basil - a bunch;
    • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. l.;
    • Ground black pepper – 0.5 tsp.


    First, prepare the marinade for the meat.
    In a large bowl, combine the sauce, pepper, paprika, soy sauce and ketchup. If you don’t have homemade, store-bought will also work, but it’s better to take mild, “For barbecue” or “With paprika.” Otherwise, exclude ground pepper from the ingredients. Place the wings, stir and let stand for 1 hour. Wash and peel the potatoes. Shred into cubes. Light the oven and heat it to about 180°C.

    We take a baking sleeve and tie it on one side with a special tape or wire that comes with the kit. Place potatoes inside, wings on top. We tie the second side, leaving some room in reserve, so that when the bag is inflated, juice will appear.

    If you pack everything too tightly, it may burst. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

    Wings with herbs and mayonnaise

    Spicy and very aromatic wings go well with fresh salads and sour cream sauces.

    Ingredients:

    • Chicken thighs - 6 pcs.
    • Ground black pepper
    • Mayonnaise - 100 g

    • Dried basil - 2 tsp.

    • Garlic - 2 cloves

    Preparation:

    Peel the potatoes and chop into wedges.

    Combine ingredients, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, herbs and oil.

    Place the ingredients in a heat-resistant form or baking sheet.

    Crispy wings with potatoes in pots

    They cook everything in clay pots in the oven - dumplings, vegetable stews, pumpkin and rice casseroles, and potatoes with wings.

    • Carrots – 1 pc.;
    • Onion – 1 pc.;
    • Fresh greens - a bunch;
    • Potatoes – 300 g;
    • Chicken wings – 400 g;
    • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
    • Non-fat cream – 100 ml;
    • Boiled water – 100 ml;
    • Salt - to taste;
    • Champignons – 150 g.

    We clean and chop the vegetables into strips. We send it to sauté in vegetable oil. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Throw them in as soon as the vegetables are fried.

    Mix everything and keep on fire until the moisture comes out of the mushrooms. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

    Cut the washed and dried wings into two parts. We put the prepared foods in layers in the pot: potatoes, meat, mushroom dressing with vegetables, potatoes, meat.

    Fill with water and cream, add some salt and bake in the oven for one hour, making sure to cover with a lid. At the end, mix and crush with fresh herbs.
