Place the turkey shoulder, carrots cut into strips, onions chopped into half rings, and chopped bell peppers into a large saucepan. Vegetable oil is poured out, seasoning and salt are added. Everything mixes well. The mixture is placed in a baking bag and placed on a baking sheet in the oven, the temperature in which by this time should already be 190°C.

If foil is used, then two large pieces are cut off. They are placed crosswise on a baking sheet, the mixture is poured into the middle and the edges are pinched, but so that there is free space inside for air circulation. The dish takes 20 minutes to prepare, served with fresh vegetable salad and boiled potatoes.
