How to cook “Chopped fish cutlets” step by step with photos at home

For chopped fish cutlets, take peled, onion, egg, parsley, starch, salt and pepper. For breading, I used semolina and white sesame. Breading is not necessary, but, from an aesthetic point of view, it makes the cutlets look more appetizing and beautiful.

  • ground coriander – ½ tsp;
  • sunflower oil – 90-100 ml;
