  • Water - drinking 1/3 cup

For the marinade:

  • Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Mustard (medium hot) - 1 tbsp. l.
  • French mustard with grains - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Peppercorns - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Coarse salt - 2-3 pinches
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
