    Lavash roll with ham and herbs

    Ingredients:

    • Armenian lavash – 1 piece;
    • processed cheese Yantar – 100g;
    • ham -100g;
    • lettuce - a few leaves;
    • canned (or pickled) cucumbers – 1 piece;
    • sweet onion (red) – 1 pc.

    Preparation:

    1. Peel the cucumbers, chop finely, and squeeze out excess liquid.
    2. Finely chop the onion. If the onion variety is bitter, then pour boiling water over it for 10 minutes.
    3. Cut the ham into small cubes.
    4. Wash the salad and dry it.
    5. Mix cucumbers, onions and cheese.
    6. Spread the pita bread with a mixture of cheese, onions and cucumbers in a 0.5 cm thick layer. Let it soak in a little.
    7. Place sliced ​​ham in the middle of the pita bread, moving 2 cm from the edges. Place lettuce leaves on top.
    8. Roll the pita bread tightly, tucking in the loose ends to form a sausage shape.
    9. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 10 hours.
    10. Remove the “sausage” from the pita bread, cut into portions and serve.

    It turns out very tasty if you replace the ham with crab sticks, lightly salted fish, or boiled chicken. This snack is so versatile that there are as many ways to prepare it as there are favorite foods in your refrigerator!

    Eggplant or cucumber rolls

    This appetizer will take a little longer because the roll casing needs to be prepared in advance.

    Cut the cucumber or eggplant into thin strips (preferably with a potato peeler) along the vegetable. Fry the eggplant in vegetable oil, then dry with paper towels.

    Prepare the filling for the rolls:

    • Mix 100 g of spreadable cheese with a crushed clove of garlic and 2 tablespoons of crushed walnuts.
    • If you like a denser filling, then you need to add grated hard cheese (20-30g) to this mixture.
    • Place 1 teaspoon of the mixture on the chopped vegetable strips, roll them up and pin them with a toothpick.

    To serve, place on a plate and garnish with herbs and pomegranate seeds. A very beautiful and tasty buffet appetizer - I recommend it!

    Stuffed bell peppers

    Cut off the cap, stem, partitions and seeds of the pepper, wash and dry. Finely chop the cap. Prepare the filling:

    • 1 pack of Yantar or Viola cheese;
    • 50 g hard cheese;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • a bunch of greens (dill and parsley);
    • chopped pepper. If you are preparing a buffet appetizer, then for beauty you can add pieces of pepper of a different color.

    Stuff the peppers tightly with the mixture and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to make the mixture firmer.

    Remove from the refrigerator, cut into rings with a sharp knife, place on lettuce leaves, and top with olives. Tasty, cheap and beautiful!

    You can use fresh tomatoes instead of peppers. You just need to take varieties with thick skin.
