- Coat the steaks with sauce, rubbing it in thoroughly. Marinate for half an hour.
- Cut the paprika into slices, chop the carrots into rings, chop the onion, cut the tomatoes in half.
- Place foil on the bottom of the pan, add peppers, carrots, onions, lay out salmon, grease everything with sour cream, add tomatoes.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce to 180, bake for another third of an hour, reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and leave for another quarter of an hour.
Recipe 2. Red fish in foil in the oven with onions
chum salmon – four portions;
fresh dill;
salted tomatoes - two pcs.;
ground paprika and white pepper;
wine vinegar – 30 ml;
coarse salt and a pinch of granulated sugar.
1. Wash the lemon and cut half into thin slices. Peel the onion, cut into thin slices, place in a deep cup and pour wine vinegar over it.
2. Cut the salted tomatoes in half, without cutting all the way through. Unfold and divide the halves in half, without cutting all the way through. It should look like a tomato “accordion”.
3. Cover the pan with foil, grease it with oil and place two lemon slices on the bottom. Place fish on them, previously cleaned and washed. Sprinkle with ground paprika, sugar and salt.

200 g chilled salmon;
white wine vinegar – 50 ml;

1. Peel, rinse and chop the red onion into thin rings or half rings. Place the onion in a deep bowl and add vinegar. Marinate it for about ten minutes.
2. Wash the fish fillet and pat it dry with napkins. Cut each piece in half and remove small bones. Salt and pepper the fish.
3. Place the fish, skin side down, on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cut fresh tomatoes into half rings. Place tomato slices on top of the fish. Squeeze the onion and place it on top of the tomatoes. Place olives and capers cut into rings on the onion.
