Break the eggs into a separate bowl, add salt and both types of sugar. Beat the mass with a whisk. Add the egg mass to the cottage cheese, stir thoroughly. The mass should be as homogeneous as possible.

Simple version with sour cream
Sour cream gives this recipe a pleasant consistency. Again, it’s better to use a fattier one so that the casserole has a rich taste.
For this simple casserole you need:
- 600 grams of cottage cheese;
- 150 grams of sour cream;
- three eggs;
- 4.5 tablespoons flour;
- the same amount of sugar;
- a piece of butter for greasing the mold;
- salt;
- vanillin for aroma.
The cottage cheese is ground. You can also beat it thoroughly using a blender. Add eggs and sour cream, stir again. Add salt and vanillin, then sifted flour. Mix the ingredients until you get a mass without lumps.

Cottage cheese casserole like in kindergarten
Cottage cheese casserole is one of the popular children's dishes. Delicious, easy and quick to prepare. Many people associate it with kindergarten, when they gave a piece of “tasty something” for breakfast. Today I want to show you a recipe for such deliciousness from my childhood.
This beauty contains a lot of fermented milk product. Therefore, its baking time is quite long. Let's begin!
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 600 grams;
- Chicken egg – 3 pieces;
- Granulated sugar – 3 tablespoons;
- Vanillin or vanilla;
- Semolina – 2-3 tablespoons;
- Butter – 3 tablespoons;
- Salt – a pinch.
Cooking process:
1. Let's start by putting 600 grams of cottage cheese in a deep bowl.
Note: if you have large grains, it is better to blend it or grind it through a sieve. Then the casserole will turn out more uniform.
2. Take three eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
3. Add granulated sugar and a little vanilla (or vanillin) to the yolks. Mix.
4. Place the yolks with granulated sugar into the cottage cheese.
5. Then add semolina, 2-3 tablespoons.
6. Then add melted butter. Mix everything until smooth.
7. Beat the three remaining whites with a pinch of salt.
8. The egg white should be whipped to a thick white foam. We put it on top of our cottage cheese. Stir until smooth.
Note: it is better to stir in the protein with a silicone or wooden spatula, strictly in one direction. Then it will not fall off, and the dough will be more fluffy.
9. Take the form. I put baking paper on the bottom and grease the edges with vegetable oil. You don’t have to put baking paper in, but grease the entire pan (bottom and edges) with butter.
10. Transfer the cottage cheese into the mold. We level it over the entire surface.
Note: I have a mold with a diameter of 20cm. If you have a larger form, then follow the recipe with doubling the amount of fermented milk product (and all the others, respectively). Otherwise the casserole will turn out very thin.
11. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour and a half.
Note: Baking time depends on your appliance. It should not burn and be wet inside, so its readiness should be checked with a wooden stick; there should be no traces of cottage cheese on it.
My technique bakes for an hour and a half at 180 degrees. It is possible that the baking time may take two hours. You should also take into account the temperature: either 160 degrees and a little longer, or 180 degrees, but be careful not to burn.
12. When the casserole is cooked, let it cool slightly and remove it from the pan.
13. Cut into portions and serve with jam.
Our beauty is ready. The taste is like in childhood! Enjoy your meal!
Casserole with milk
In this embodiment, milk is used. As in other cases, it is better to take a product with a higher fat content. Then the dish will be rich and tender.
For this recipe you need to take:
- 500 grams of cottage cheese;
- 225 ml milk;
- 50 grams of semolina;
- 15 grams of sugar;
- one yolk.
The oven should be preheated to 220 degrees. The cottage cheese is rubbed through a sieve and milk is poured into it. Add the yolk. Everything is mixed. Add semolina and sugar and mix again. It is better to grease the baking dish with oil. Place the base for a classic cottage cheese casserole in a mold and place in the oven for 35 minutes. The dessert is served with condensed milk. You can also decorate it with a sprig of mint and fresh berries.
A simple and quick recipe for cottage cheese casserole with semolina
Cottage cheese casserole is like a trip back to childhood. Sweet pastries along with cheesecakes bring us back to our parents at the cozy kitchen table, set for breakfast. Many housewives treasure recipes for such delicacies for years and pass them on to generations.
I have never prepared such delicious food. I have always loved cheesecakes more. But when I had a child who, under no circumstances, would eat regular cottage cheese, I had to get out of it and look for new ways. One of these options was casserole. It turned out that it cooks quickly, much faster than cheesecakes, and that is why I began to cook it more often. I used to cook from half a portion, but now I cook from what is indicated in the recipe so that it will last for a longer time.
According to this option, it turns out moderately sweet. If there is not enough sugar, you can eat it with jam. But I prefer it with sour cream. This pastry is great for both children and adults. You can eat it for breakfast and for an afternoon snack. Sometimes I eat it for dinner. If you are already tired of the usual fermented milk product, then this is an excellent solution. Fast, tasty and simple.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 1 kg;
- Egg - 2 pcs.;
- Semolina - 6 heaped tablespoons;
- Granulated sugar - 6 tablespoons;
- Baking powder - 1 sachet (10g);
- Sour cream - 4 tablespoons into the mixture + 2 to grease the top.
Preparation progress:
1. You need to prepare all the ingredients.
It is better to take the main fermented milk product and sour cream with more fat - it turns out tastier.
The eggs can be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature. But this is optional.
2. In a bowl you need to put cottage cheese, eggs, 4 tablespoons of sour cream, sugar, baking powder and semolina. Everything needs to be mixed well until smooth.
3. Next, it’s time to grease the frying pan with sunflower oil to prevent the dough from burning, and place the dough into it.
4. Next, you need to put 2 tablespoons of sour cream on top and spread evenly. If there is not enough sour cream, add more so that it completely covers the mixture.
When heated, sour cream forms a beautiful crust on the casserole.
5. Place the pan in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 degrees. It may take less time. Be guided by your devices. As soon as you notice that the crust has begun to brown, remove it.
Delicious and healthy pastries will be a great start to the morning and will add strength and vigor. It will also be a wonderful end to the day. And it’s perfect not only for children, but also for adults.

Cottage cheese casserole with stevia in the oven
Casserole is a very healthy and simple dish. However, it is often made with granulated sugar, flour or semolina. Today I will show you a low-calorie beauty recipe with a granulated sugar substitute - stevia.
This is suitable for both morning breakfast and evening tea. And it is best served with berry sauce. Let's cook!
Baking ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 360 grams;
- Chicken egg – 2 pieces;
- Salt - a pinch;
- Sweetener – stevia;
- Oatmeal – 30 grams;
- Cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon;
- Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- Raspberries - two handfuls;
- Sweetener – stevia.
Process for preparing the casserole:
1. Let's start by preparing all the necessary products in appropriate proportions.
2. Place cottage cheese in a bowl. Add eggs to it.
3. Then add a pinch of salt and 5-6 drops of stevia.
Mine is liquid.
4. Then, using an immersion blender, mix everything until smooth.
You can mix with a mixer or spatula. As you prefer.
5. Now let's move on to dry products. Combine oatmeal with cinnamon and baking powder. Grind everything with a blender.
Note: Oatmeal does not need to be ground into flour. It is enough to blend until fine crumbs.
6. Add the ground oatmeal to the whipped cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly.
7. Take a baking dish.
The optimal option would be a diameter of 18cm.
I cover the bottom of the mold with baking paper.
8. The bottom and walls of the mold should also be greased with vegetable oil.
Note: if you are not sure of the quality of your baking paper, then it is better not to place it, but simply grease the mold with vegetable oil. If the baking paper is not of very good quality, the casserole will be very difficult to remove from the pan, it will simply stick.
9. Place our dough in the mold. Distribute it evenly over the entire surface.
10. Place the casserole in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, “Top-bottom” mode, time – about half an hour.

2. Heat the raspberries a little, since they are frozen, so that the berries move away a little. Add three drops of stevia.
3. Beat it with an immersion blender until smooth.
4. Our sauce is ready.
5. The casserole has cooled slightly, it can be removed from the pan and served.

Casserole with semolina
It's no secret that flour or semolina is often added to cottage cheese. This gives the finished casserole stability: it does not fall off.
For this recipe for a classic cottage cheese casserole in the oven you need to take:
- 550 grams of fat cottage cheese;
- two eggs;
- 2.5 tablespoons semolina;
- four tablespoons of thick sour cream;
- six teaspoons of sugar;
- four tablespoons of butter;
- 90 grams of raisins;
- a little salt, literally a pinch.
It is better to soak the raisins in advance. Sometimes it is also sprinkled with flour so that it does not sink to the bottom of the casserole. But in this case it is not worth doing this.
Low-fat cottage cheese casserole in the oven
It is difficult to find a product more useful than cottage cheese. And if you combine it with fruits or berries, it becomes doubly tastier and healthier. Especially in summer, there is nothing better than such recipes.
I cook casseroles often. This is a regular breakfast in our family. We all love her. And most importantly, children eat it equally well and are not capricious. I consider this the main indicator of the taste of a dish. But eating the same thing gets boring. Therefore, I try to look for different options so that I don’t get bored with the same one. Here I found an option with apples and pears. The recipe says that you can use any fruit or berries. At the beginning of summer, this method is what you need. But while spring and berries are gone, I cook with apples, pears and bananas.
To begin with, I made it with apples, because I always have some half-eaten halves left over. And I decided to put them to work. I really liked the result. The casserole turned out airy. Literally melts in your mouth. But the cooking process is more labor-intensive than I had before. But this is understandable - without beating with a mixer, you cannot achieve such a consistency. I liked it, but due to the fact that it takes longer to prepare than usual, I will cook it less often.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese (low-fat) - 600g;
- Egg - 3 pcs.;
- Salt - a pinch;
- Sugar – 4-5 tablespoons;
- Starch – 1 tablespoon;
- Any fruit.
Preparation progress:
1. You need to prepare all the ingredients. Try to buy cottage cheese that is more homogeneous. The eggs can be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature. But this is optional.
You can take any fruit.
2. Place the fermented milk product in a bowl. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Add yolks and starch to the soft base. Beat everything with an immersion blender.
3. Beat the whites with a mixer with salt and sugar until fluffy foam. Add them to the fermented milk product and mix gently with a spatula.
4. Once the mixture is smooth, set the mixer aside. And prepare the filling: cut your fruit into thin pieces.
If desired, they can be peeled.
5. Take the mold, place the parchment down, and add a little oil. Spread the butter all over the pan - along the bottom and along the walls. Place half of the curd mixture into the pan. Spread the fruit in a second layer. Place the remaining fermented milk product on top.
6. Place the pan in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. It may take less time. Be guided by your devices. As soon as you notice that the crust has begun to brown, remove it.
Even if you don’t like cottage cheese, then in this beauty it feels completely different. Especially if it contains fruits or berries. Try cooking them together - you will be pleased with the results.
Casserole with added starch
Starch is often used as a binder. Its presence in a cottage cheese dish makes the structure more loose, as if the recipe contains semolina. So this option is not suitable for those who do not like semolina. It is also worth noting that different types of starch can be used.
For this version of the classic recipe for cottage cheese casserole, you need to take:
- 600 grams of cottage cheese;
- 50 grams of sour cream;
- four eggs;
- 60 grams of starch;
- 170 grams of sugar;
- 20 grams of butter;
- vanillin, salt, a little lemon zest.
Eggs are divided into whites and yolks. The yolks are combined with cottage cheese, starch and sour cream. Beat thoroughly using a blender. Add vanillin and lemon zest. Separately, beat the whites with a pinch of salt. Both masses are carefully combined.
By the way, it is better to take potato starch. If you only have corn, then you need to take twice as much. Only then will the casserole be fluffy.
Grease the baking dish with oil and transfer the curd mass. Cook in the oven for about forty minutes at 180 degrees.
Video on how to make cottage cheese casserole without eggs
I don't really like cottage cheese. And I rarely eat it. I don't like it in its pure form. But I love casseroles and cheesecakes. I also really like that my whole family loves them and this is a dish that everyone will like. I usually bake it without adding berries and dried fruits. Then, if desired, we eat it with jam or sour cream.
I really like that it is very easy to prepare. I love dishes that are prepared quickly. I don't always have the opportunity to stand in the kitchen for a long time. But cooking according to the same recipe gets boring. So I decided to look for a new one. This one seemed quite original to me. There's condensed milk instead of sugar. Green apple is also added to the composition. It gives a very unusual sourness. The video says that such baked goods are also suitable for vegetarians.
The recipe for this beauty is very simple. And if you don’t have condensed milk, you can replace it with sugar and add a little regular milk. Instead of an apple, you can take other fruits or berries. But then the taste will change. I didn’t know before that you can beat cottage cheese with a blender. It turned out to be very convenient, and the texture of the baked goods becomes smooth, without lumps. And it's much faster than rubbing it through a sieve.
It is not for nothing that this delicacy is a success among housewives. In addition to the fact that this is a very healthy dish, it is also quick to prepare. And you can take it with you as a snack.
Casserole is a dish where you can use your imagination. And depending on this, it will receive a new taste. You can add nuts, dried fruits, live or frozen berries to it. Experiment, and now it's time to say goodbye. See you again!
