How to cook properly

Before cooking, the meat must be washed and then dried. After this, each wing should be cut into three parts, dividing carefully at the joints. In a not very large bowl you need to mix pepper, ketchup, soy sauce, onion, garlic, sugar and honey.

If the barbecue wings will be cooked in the oven, you should place them in a deep enough baking dish. After this, the meat must be poured with a large amount of sauce.
