The Royal Salad is a true work of culinary mastery. To describe it briefly, it is a delicious product, your imagination, plus personal taste preferences. They say that the idea of combining unusual products that are rarely found at an everyday table in holiday snacks came to French chefs at the beginning of the 17th century. They prepared real masterpieces, skillfully combining foreign fruits, vegetables, seafood, caviar, and game into dishes. They didn't skimp on decorations.
You can also create an exquisite dish from ordinary ingredients, as we have seen more than once. For example, the famous Stolichny is the idol of Soviet catering. Or the no less famous “Obzhorka” - the result of the joint folk art of our housewives, also from the times of the USSR. But calling them royal can only be a stretch.
The dish must contain an ingredient that makes you feel like a member of high society when you look at it. In our appetizer we will use red caviar, seafood, including shrimp, squid, crabs or their substitutes - crab sticks. Recipes with mushrooms, chicken, nuts, crackers, simple beets and radishes are very popular.

- Three whites on a medium grater, and yolks on a fine grater in different dishes. We also turn processed cheese and apple into shavings with a grater.
- Chop the nuts finely with a knife. Let's start assembling the salad. To make the dish look perfect, we use a springform pan.
If you don’t have one on your farm, you can lay out the salad in layers without it.
Place the mold in a dish and place the layers in the following sequence: half of the grated processed cheese, yolks + mayonnaise, pickled onions, crab sticks + mayonnaise.
- Next: the remaining grated cheese, ham + mayonnaise, peanuts, half the proteins with mayonnaise. The very top is whites without mayonnaise.

The amount of ingredients is given for a small salad bowl; if there are a lot of guests, double or triple the weight of the ingredients.
Take:
- Chicken breast – 100 gr.
- Hard cheese – 80 gr.
- Green apple.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Walnut kernels - 50 gr.
- Parsley - a few sprigs.
- Mayonnaise - to taste.
Step by step recipe:
Boil chicken and eggs in advance. Cool and peel the eggs. To make the breast tastier, add salt to the broth and add chicken seasonings. Do not remove the meat from the pan immediately, let it cool slowly in the broth, then the dry breast will become much juicier.
Chicken meat does not have to be boiled; it can be fried in a frying pan. Then the taste of the snack will become much more interesting. Those who like a spicy taste are allowed to take smoked chicken breast. The salad will only benefit from this.
Chop the cooked meat into the smallest cubes you can. For puff salad, fine cutting is required.
Peel the apple and cut out the seed box. Chop the fruit pulp in the same way as chicken, into small cubes.

- 90 g - hard cheese

- 1.5 pcs. - boiled beets
- 400 g - chicken fillet
- 3 cloves - garlic

Cooking sequence:
- Cut the chicken meat into medium pieces. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a frying pan until done.
