In a heated frying pan (with added oil), place the sandwiches with the filling down; fry them on both sides (without a lid). If desired, you can also use herbs and garlic.

  • lettuce leaves;

Preparation:

  • Cucumber - 2 pcs.;
  • Egg - 1 pc.;
  • Mayonnaise - 200 gr.;
  • Cheese - 50-70 gr.;
  • Greens - to taste;
  • Lavash - 1 pc.

Cooking method:

1. Carefully spread the pita bread on a flat work surface.

2. Lubricate the pita bread with mayonnaise along the entire perimeter.

3. Break the egg into a bowl, add salt and pepper. Then beat vigorously.

4. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry our beaten egg.

5. Take our meat products and cut them into thin strips, then distribute them in the middle of the pita bread from one edge to the other.
