  • 500 grams of champignons;
  • four chicken eggs;
  • a can of green peas;
  • 500 grams of chicken fillet;
  • one onion;
  • two kiwi fruits;
  • mayonnaise;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 50 grams of walnuts.

Step 1. First, let's prepare the products. The meat must be boiled until tender in salted water. Then cool and cut into pieces or pull out the fibers with a fork.

Eggs need to be hard-boiled. To do this, from the moment of boiling, we time it for 10 minutes. Then cool and peel. We will rub them directly into the salad itself.

We wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.

You need to remove excess bitterness from the onion. To do this, chop it very finely and scald it with boiling water. After 5 minutes, drain the water.
