Very tasty salad with red fish and orange. It's very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams – lightly salted salmon
  • 3 pcs - chicken eggs
  • 100 grams - cheese
  • 100 grams of olives (you can do without them)
  • 1 PC. - orange

How to cook:

Prepare the salad with salmon and orange in layers; spread sauce or mayonnaise on each layer.

The first layer is eggs (half the portion, grate the eggs), the second is chopped lightly salted salmon, the third is olives, fish on top, then cheese, orange and the second half of grated eggs.

Decorate with caviar, olives or finely chopped red fish. Let the salad brew and serve.

Ecstasy salad with salmon

Ingredients:

  • Gherkins - 5 pcs.
  • Salmon – 200 gr
  • Potatoes - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 70 gr.

Decoration:

  • Mayonnaise - 20
  • Red caviar - to taste

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Prepare the ingredients. For the salad Ecstasy with salmon we will need: lightly salted salmon (I used smoked salmon), potatoes, carrots, pickled gherkins, eggs and mayonnaise. For decoration: red caviar and mayonnaise.
  2. Cut the salmon into small cubes.
  3. Hard boil the eggs. Drain the water, peel the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater.
  4. Boil potatoes and carrots in their skins until tender. Cool and peel the vegetables. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
  5. Exactly the same, grate the carrots into a separate bowl.
  6. Remove the gherkins from the brine and dry. Grate them on a coarse grater and squeeze out excess moisture.
  7. Form the salad in a culinary ring, carefully compacting each layer and coating with mayonnaise. Place the gherkins as the first layer. Coat the cucumbers with mayonnaise.
  8. Place grated carrots on mayonnaise. Also grease it with mayonnaise.
  9. Next add grated potatoes. I coated it with a very thin layer of mayonnaise. You don’t have to lubricate it at all, so the next layer is fatty salmon.
  10. You don’t need to grease the potatoes with mayonnaise at all, so the next layer is fatty salmon. I also didn’t coat the salmon layer with mayonnaise - it already turns out greasy.
  11. Place eggs on salmon.
  12. Cover the salad with cling film and place in the refrigerator overnight to soak.
  13. The next day, turn the salad over onto a serving plate so that the layer of gherkins is on top. Garnish the salad with drops of mayonnaise and red caviar.
