Salad with red caviar is definitely a festive dish. I offer a recipe for one of these salads with crab sticks. Caviar gives a salty taste, quail eggs - satiety, cucumber - freshness.

Delicious salad with red fish in layers

The recipe for this salad attracted my attention both because of its very beautiful decoration and the composition of the ingredients. It is so truly festive, light, tender, rich and very tasty! Here, in addition to red fish, there are also crab sticks and shrimp. And its name is “The Tsar’s Fur Coat”. In general, I really like watching Natasha Parkhomenko’s channel, you can always find a lot of interesting and tasty things on her channel.

List of required products:

  • red fish (salted) – 200 g
  • crab sticks – 150 g
  • shrimps – 8 pcs.
  • potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • eggs – 3 pcs.
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • greens, salt, mayonnaise
  • a little red caviar.

Shrimp, vegetables and eggs need to be boiled, cooled, and then the seafood and green onions should be cut into small cubes.

In this case, you will need two shrimp in the salad, and the rest should be left whole, as they will be used for decoration.

Now we will form the salad in layers. To do this, we will need a ring; you can take it from a springform baking dish. In this case it is 20 cm in diameter.

The ring should be wrapped in cling film and immediately placed on the dish in which the salad will be served. Lightly grease the plate with mayonnaise.

First layer: grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, salt them and brush with sauce.

Next we lay out the fish. Spread it over the surface with a fork.

Then sprinkle with green onions and draw a mesh or circles with mayonnaise.

For boiled eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. And in the next layer we rub only the yolks.

Next, lay out the crab and coat with mayonnaise.

Next layers: boiled carrots, mayonnaise, two boiled chopped shrimp.

Lastly come the grated whites and sauce, which should be generously spread over the entire surface of the salad.

And now you can remove the ring and film, and decorate the salad with shrimp and red caviar.

How to prepare holiday salads in layers: “Tsar’s Crown” recipe with photos

This is a truly luxurious dish that fully lives up to its loud name. The composition includes only very tasty ingredients, turning the puff pastry into the highlight of the entire holiday menu.

Required ingredients:

  • boiled eggs and potatoes – 6 pcs each
  • Parmesan cheese – 300 gr
  • canned squid – 300 gr
  • canned peaches – 300 gr
  • red caviar – 200 gr
  • large shrimps – 18-20 pcs.
  • corn for decoration
  • mayonnaise – 1 pack

Step-by-step instruction

  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and place half the volume on a front platter in an even layer. To compact it, you can lightly mash it with a fork and coat it with mayonnaise. Let soak for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Distribute on top ½ part of thinly sliced ​​squid + mayonnaise, coarsely grated whites of 3 eggs + half chopped Parmesan + mayonnaise + finely chopped peaches + finely grated yolks of 3 eggs + a thin layer of red caviar.
  3. Then soak in mayonnaise and repeat all layers again in the same order.
  4. Place all the remaining caviar on a fully formed dish, decorate the top with prepared peeled shrimp, and thoroughly coat the sides of the puff “cake” with mayonnaise.
  5. For beauty, scatter kernels of delicious corn around and send the dish to soak for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
  6. Serve New Year's salad with red caviar and shrimp immediately before eating.

How to prepare a delicious and simple salad with red fish and tomatoes

The next recipe is simpler; preparing such a salad is easy and quick, and it turns out, of course, also tasty and tender.

Very few ingredients:

  • 150 g of any salted red fish
  • 1 large tomato
  • 30 g cheese
  • 1-2 eggs (optional without them)
  • dill, green onions, salt, mayonnaise.

Cut off the bottom layer of skin of the fish with a knife. First cut the piece into thin slices.

We twist one strip into a rosette, and divide the rest of the fillet into small cubes.

Cut the tomato into quarters, then each part in half. You need to remove the soft core from them and cut into small cubes.

Add salt to taste to the tomatoes, a few chopped sprigs of dill, a little mayonnaise and mix.

Three boiled eggs and a piece of cheese in separate cups.

Place the ring in the plate in layers:

  1. tomatoes
  2. eggs
  3. fish
  4. cheese

We decorate the top with a green onion. Then carefully remove the ring and install the rose.

  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • six eggs;
  • squid - 450 g;
  • shrimp - 100 g;

  • four potatoes;
  • mayonnaise;
  • greenery.

Crab meat in the salad can be replaced with sticks, salmon or crayfish tails.

Step-by-step instruction

  1. Boil the squid, peel and chop into small cubes.

  4. Finely grate boiled chicken eggs.
  5. Boil the potatoes, peel them and grate them coarsely.
  6. Also grate the cheese.
  7. Combine the prepared snack components in one container, add mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.
  8. Place the salad in a round bowl, compact well and turn over onto a flat dish.

Salad with salted red fish and caviar

A chic holiday salad with the corresponding name “Empress” can be prepared in similar layers, but in a larger form. This author's recipe from Julia has already been loved by many and has spread all over the Internet.

Let's take fresh cucumbers instead of tomatoes, replace the cheese with potatoes, and put more red caviar on top: both beautiful and tasty!

How to cook

Cucumbers should be peeled. It’s good if you have a special device that is convenient for removing a thin layer. Cut the blanks into cubes.

Pre-boil the potatoes and grate them. You can also grind boiled eggs on it.

It is better to take medium-sized shrimp, rather than mini shrimp.

Ingredients:

  • Squids – 6 pieces
  • Small shrimps - 250 grams
  • Crab sticks - 200 grams
  • Eggs - 4 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - 200 grams
  • Red caviar – 100 grams
  • Salt - to taste

Preparation:

The first step is to defrost the crab sticks if you have them frozen. If chilled, then no need.

If the shrimp are just frozen, boil them in hot water for a couple of minutes or as directed on the package. You can add salt and pepper to the water to make the shrimp tastier. If the shrimp are boiled and frozen, then you just need to defrost them and just pour boiling water over them. Shrimp should be chilled.

Let the eggs boil. When they are cooked, place them in cold water to help them cool faster. Then peel them.

While the eggs are boiling, let's prepare the squid. To do this, boil water, it doesn’t matter in a kettle or directly in a saucepan. There is no need to clean the squid yet. When the water is boiling, drop the squid carcasses into it and cook them for exactly 2 minutes, then remove them from the boiling water and place them in a bowl of cold water.

When the squids have been in the water for a couple of minutes and have cooled down, you can remove the films and chords from them.

Cut the squid in half, and if there are films, remove them. Cut the squid into long strips.

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks; we only need the whites. Cut the whites into long strips.

We also cut the crab sticks into long strips or large pieces.

Place squid, eggs, shrimp, and crab sticks in a salad bowl. Salt and pepper the salad a little. Add mayonnaise and mix the salad.

At the very end, add red caviar and mix carefully so that the eggs do not burst.

Let the Neptune salad brew for at least an hour, and then it can be served. Bon appetit!

Salad recipe with red fish and avocado without mayonnaise

The combination of juicy red fish, the nutty taste of avocado and the slight bitterness of grapefruit that makes up this salad will pleasantly surprise you. In addition, it is prepared without mayonnaise, so there is one benefit here.

Components:

  • fresh red fish – 250 g
  • avocado – 1 piece
  • grapefruit – 1 pc.
  • lemon – 1 pc.
  • bunch of lettuce leaves
  • salt, pepper, ground ginger
  • olive oil.

Cut a large piece of fish in half and rub both parts with salt, pepper and ginger.

Now fry it in olive oil in a frying pan for about 5 minutes on each side. We set the fire to medium. If desired, you can steam it.

After cooling, remove the skin and, if any, bones. Then we break the fish into pieces directly with our hands.

The grapefruit needs to be freed from everything unnecessary: ​​cut off the peel, separate the slices, cutting them out at the seams of the film. Cut each slice into 3-4 parts.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. After cutting into pieces, quickly sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent the slices from darkening.

Assembling the salad:

How to make a salad with red fish in the form of a roll

Again, the salad with red caviar is why it is called royal. It can be very beautifully made for a holiday table in the form of a roll. Such a delicious design!

Our products are:

  • lightly salted salmon – 200 g
  • carrots – 2 pcs.
  • potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • eggs – 3 pcs.
  • red caviar – 2 spoons
  • greens, mayonnaise.

Boiled carrots come here, and eggs and potatoes, of course, need to be boiled.

We chop all the ingredients, you can do this using a grater with large teeth, but for carrots it is better to use small cloves. Of course, we cut the fish with a knife, as well as dill and green onions.

First we will form the salad in layers, spreading them on foil:

  1. carrots, make an even rectangle out of it, salt, grease with mayonnaise
  2. potatoes – salt – pepper – mayonnaise
  3. eggs, also with sauce on top of them
  4. Now I lay out the fish, but only in the center in a strip
  5. Add chopped herbs next to the fish.

Using foil, lift the edges of the salad, connect them, compact them and form a roll. Let's put it in the refrigerator for a while.

Before serving, remove the salad from the foil, decorate with mayonnaise, caviar and decorate the dish with cucumber slices on dill sprigs.

“Royally” salad with salmon, red caviar, carrots and corn

A hearty and healthy salad with Chinese cabbage, Korean carrots, corn and salmon. The recipe is easy to prepare, and the result exceeds all expectations.

Cooking time: 40 minutes Number of servings: 7

Ingredients:

  • lightly salted salmon, fillet (400 g);
  • red caviar (100 g);
  • puff pastry (100 g);
  • Chinese cabbage (1 head);
  • fresh cucumber (1-2 pcs.);
  • avocado (1-2 pcs.);
  • chilled crab sticks (400 g);
  • boiled chicken egg (5-6 pcs.);
  • Korean carrots (200 g);
  • canned corn (100-200 g);
  • cream cheese (100 g);
  • mayonnaise (150-200 ml);
  • vegetable oil/butter (20 ml/20 g);
  • salt, spices (to taste).

To make the dish more tender, use homemade mayonnaise instead of store-bought mayonnaise. The recipe is presented on our website in the “Appetizers” section.

Preparation:

  1. Using a knife or using cookie cutters, cut out small figures (round or heart-shaped) from the puff pastry. Preheat the oven to 200 ℃. Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Grease it with oil and lay out the figures. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
  2. Wash the cabbage under running water. Cut off the white part and cut the green part into small pieces.
  3. Wash the cucumbers. Cut into cubes.
  4. Wash the avocado, peel it and remove the pit. Cut the pulp into cubes.
  5. Cut the crab sticks into small cubes.
  6. Cut the red fish fillet into cubes.
  7. We clean the eggs. Grate on a fine grater.
  8. Open the package with Korean carrots. Drain off excess liquid.
  9. Drain the juice from the corn.
  10. Open a jar of red caviar.
  11. On a wide platter we form the salad in layers. Season each layer with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. The first layer is Chinese cabbage.
  12. The second is salmon fillet.
  13. The third layer is carrots.
  14. The fourth is corn.
  15. The fifth layer is crab sticks.
  16. Sixth - cucumbers.
  17. The seventh layer is avocado.
  18. Eighth – cream cheese.
  19. Ninth – eggs.
  20. Decorate the dish with red caviar, mayonnaise and puff pastry figures (as in the photo).

The dish is ready to serve!

Unexpectedly you have guests coming to your place, but you don’t have much time to cook? Make Macedouane with crab and flying fish roe with aioli sauce! Such a beautiful and exotic name hides a rather light and appetizing salad, based on the ready-made Maceduan mixture from the Banduel company.

We would also like to offer you other interesting and tasty recipes, such as Greek salad with seafood or Olivier with seafood.

For 4 servings you will need:

  • Green peas in Maceduan salad – 1 jar;
  • Quail eggs – 5 pieces;
  • Crab sticks – 10 pieces;
  • Red flying fish caviar – 100 grams;
  • Dill;
  • Egg yolk – 2 pieces;
  • Garlic cloves – 3 pieces.

Crab salad preparation:

  1. To prepare the salad, boil the quail eggs and then cut them into two parts.
  2. Divide the crab meat into large pieces.
  3. To prepare the sauce, use a blender to grind the egg yolks, lemon juice, garlic cloves and salt.
  4. Add the butter to the mixture while continuing to beat.
  5. Open the jar of Macedoane and drain off any excess liquid, then place the contents on a plate.
  6. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture, adding half the caviar and crab.
  7. Mix everything thoroughly, add washed and finely chopped dill if desired.
  8. Divide the salad among plates, using the remaining crab, caviar and egg for garnish.
  9. Add some herbs on top to finish off the dish.
  10. Aioli sauce goes well with many fish dishes and keeps well in the refrigerator for several days, so pour any leftovers into a container and save them for other dishes.
