Prepare the dish as follows:

  1. Before preparing the salad, vegetables and arugula should be washed and dried.
  2. Peeled red onion is cut into thin half rings.
  3. Peeled avocado, salted fish, tomatoes are chopped into approximately equal-sized cubes.
  4. Bell peppers, seeded, can also be cut into cubes or thin strips.
  5. Quail eggs are cut into 4 parts.
  6. The arugula is left whole. If desired, the leaves can be torn into 2 parts.
  7. In a separate bowl you need to mix the ingredients for the dressing: olive oil, seeds, lemon juice. The sauce can be additionally salted and peppered.

What can I add?

  • olive oil – 70 g
  • balsamic vinegar - 0.5 tbsp.

You need to prepare:

  • 250 g frozen shrimp;
  • 10 cherry tomatoes;
  • 1 package of salad mix;

  • ½ avocado;
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. olive or sunflower oil;
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds;
  • juice of ½ lemon;
  • ½ tsp. mustard;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

To cook shrimp you need:

  • 1 bay leaf;
  • 1 slice of lemon;
  • 6-7 peppercorns;
  • 20 g salt.

When cooking shrimp, it is recommended to follow the cooking instructions indicated on the package. Otherwise, the meat will become tough and tasteless. For example, boiled frozen peeled shrimp just need to be poured with boiling water for 1-3 minutes.   1. Frozen shrimp are washed under running cool water.

  4. Seafood is cooked for no more than 3-5 minutes (depending on the size of the shrimp). The following signs indicate the readiness of shrimp: they float to the surface, the shell becomes transparent, and the meat turns pink.
  5. Finished shrimp should be rinsed with cold water. This way they will cool faster and it will be easier to separate the shell from the meat.
  6. The shrimp are cleaned by removing the head, tail and shell with legs. Additionally, it is recommended to remove the intestinal vein (especially in large king prawns).
  7. Next, you need to hard-boil the quail eggs separately and cool them.
  8. Lettuce and cherry leaves are washed and dried. The salad is torn into arbitrary pieces, the cherry tomatoes are cut into 2 halves.
  9. The peeled half of the avocado fruit is chopped into cubes.

Cooking instructions:

Seafood must be thawed, cut and fried in a frying pan with olive oil. In this case, we use assorted seafood and frozen peeled squid. Cook the quail eggs over medium heat for 4 minutes from the moment they boil. Cherry tomatoes must be washed and then cut into 4 parts, like quail eggs and olives.

Rinse the arugula under cold water and then place it on a wide plate. Place fried seafood on arugula and pour sauce over it. To prepare the sauce

  • bacon – 150 g;
  • cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs;
  • pickled cucumbers – 4 pcs;

  • cheese – 250 g;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • mayonnaise - to taste;
