  4. We wash the fresh herbs and let them dry. Finely chop it with a knife.

  • Red fish – 200 gr.
  • Rice – 120 gr.
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Curd cheese – 200 gr.
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Vinegar – 50 ml.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.

For decoration:

  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Red caviar – 2 tbsp.

Cooking process:

  1. First, wash the rice and boil it until tender. Then pour it with a mixture of vinegar, sugar and salt. Let's leave it for a while.

  2. We choose red fish to taste. Cut it into small cubes.

  3. Next, wash the cucumber and chop it into cubes, just like the fish.

  4. Place one third of the cooked rice on the bottom of a deep springform pan. Level the layer with a spoon.

  5. Lay out the next layer of red fish.

  6. We clean the avocado, cut it and distribute it over the fish.

  7. Add some rice and spread curd cheese on it.

  8. Next, place the chopped cucumber evenly.

  9. Cover the layers of salad with the remaining rice.

  10. Remove the puff salad from their forms, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  • Salted salmon - 80-100 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.

How to prepare salad with salmon and cucumber:

  1. For decoration, cut and set aside 1-2 thin slices of salmon. Finely chop the rest of the fish.

  4. Next, cut the lemon into halves. Squeeze the juice from one part for dressing, and cut the other into slices for decoration.

  • Cold smoked salmon – 300-350 g
  • Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Lettuce leaves - 1 bunch
  • Red caviar - 4 teaspoons
  • Cream cheese - 200 g
  • Cream 33% – 100 ml
  • Ground ginger - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

How to prepare a salad with salmon, cucumbers and red caviar:

  1. Boil the eggs in salted water for 15 minutes.
  2. We peel the finished and cooled eggs and cut them lengthwise into quarters.
  3. Wash the cucumbers, partially remove the peel and use a vegetable peeler to make thin slices (strips).
  4. Cut the salmon into thin slices.
  5. Prepare the sauce. Transfer the cream cheese to a separate container. Add ginger and cream to it. Mix thoroughly (beat).

Using foil, lift the edges of the salad, connect them, compact them and form a roll. Let's put it in the refrigerator for a while.

Before serving, remove the salad from the foil, decorate with mayonnaise, caviar and decorate the dish with cucumber slices on dill sprigs.

  • balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • mustard beans - 1 tsp.

  • mixture of provencal herbs

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel and cut into cubes.
  2. Pour lemon juice over the avocado slices to prevent them from browning.
  3. Cut the cucumber into large cubes, approximately the same size as the avocado cubes.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into large cubes.
  5. Remove the skin from the fish and cut the fillets into large cubes.
  6. Make a gas station. Mix mustard with balsamic vinegar, then gradually pour in olive oil and stir.
  7. To serve, combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl. Place torn lettuce leaves on a serving plate, place the salad mixture on them, and sprinkle with Provençal herbs. Serve the dressing separately. The dish does not need to be salted and peppered additionally, because the saltiness is sufficient.
