- First of all, we need to prepare the chicken. It’s great if we have a piece of fillet already separated from the bones, then we simply wash it and defrost it if necessary.
If the chicken is frozen, remove it from the refrigerator, defrost it, and rinse it thoroughly. Check to see if there are any lint or feathers on it; if found, carefully remove it (this can be done with tweezers or oil the chicken over the fire), then you need to cut off the brisket: carefully separate it from the bones.

- Pour into a bowl all the breadcrumbs that we have left, and then the cutlets. We need to carefully roll them in breadcrumbs and place them on a plate.
- Heat a frying pan by pouring vegetable oil into it. Fry our meat balls on one side. Immediately after we turn the chicken cutlets over to the other side, cover the pan with a lid so that the meat cooks evenly.
We carefully monitor our dish, as it should not be overcooked, because then the meat will be too dry.
