  3. Dip the loin thoroughly in them.
  4. Wrap the meat in cling film and place in the refrigerator. It should lie there for at least two hours. In order for a piece of meat to marinate well, it is better to leave it there for a day.
  5. After the time has passed, remove the loin and remove the film from it.
  6. Preheat the oven.
  7. Wrap the meat tightly in foil. You can put 2 laurel leaves under the bottom for flavor.

  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • salt.

Step-by-step cooking process

  1. First you need to mix garlic powder, oregano, cumin, coriander, thyme and salt in a medium bowl, rub well (until the salt is completely dissolved).
  2. Next, you need to cover the entire surface of the loin evenly with the resulting mixture. In order for the spices to penetrate inside the meat, you need to pierce it with a fork in many places. This will save time on marinating as it will allow the pork to absorb all the flavors for 5 minutes.
  3. You must first preheat the oven to 220°C.

  4. Take it out half an hour before the start of the main work so that it warms up to room temperature.
