  • 0.5 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. l. honey
  • 1 lemon

Cut the pineapple lengthwise into two halves along with the leaves, cut out the pulp, leaving the walls 1.5-2 cm thick. Remove the hard core from the cut out pulp, cut into cubes, put in a bowl. Add half a banana and melon balls cut out with a teaspoon. Add lemon juice and zest to the fruit, mix, and place the salad in the empty pineapple halves. Mix the remaining bananas with yogurt, honey and vanilla until smooth. Serve the sauce in a separate bowl.

Dessert “Snowballs”

  • canned fruits (peaches, pears, pineapples, etc.) - 400 g
  • curd mass - 200 g
  • coconut flakes - 3 tbsp. spoons

Roll the curd mixture into balls and roll in coconut flakes.

  • 4 ripe firm apples
  • 100 g raisins

Berry mousse

  • 150 g cranberries (or currants, cherries, etc.)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 80 g fruit syrup
  • 60 g semolina
  • 500 g water

Squeeze the juice out of the berries and refrigerate. Pour the pulp (berry juice) with water and cook for 10 minutes, then wipe. Add sugar to the broth, bring to a boil, add semolina and cook with stirring for 20 minutes. Cool to 40 degrees, pour in the squeezed juice and beat into foam.
