Ingredients:

  • Salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Milk - 250 ml;
  • Egg - 1 pc.;
  • Sausages - 17 pcs.;
  • Butter - 50 gr.;
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • Dry yeast - 11 g;
  • Flour - 0.6 kg.

Cooking method:

1. Mix sugar and yeast together, add 100 ml of warm milk. Place the container with the mixture in a warm place for a short time to let it steep. This will be the dough dough.

2. At the same time, in another bowl, mix the egg with salt, sugar, remaining milk and melted butter. Pour in the yeast mixture that has arrived at this time. Whisk everything thoroughly.

3. Add sifted flour to the mixture. The dough should be airy but quite thick.

4. After tearing it into 17 identical pieces, roll each of them into a ball.

5. Form strips from the balls and wrap them around the sausages.

6. Place them on a baking sheet. Let the dough rise a little, leaving the dough for 15 minutes. Next, brush them with beaten egg and place in the oven.

7. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

8. Before serving, you can grease the finished baked goods with a piece of butter. Eat for your health.

Yeast unsweetened dough

  • milk - three quarters of a glass;
  • egg – 1 piece;
  • flour – 2 cups;
  • butter – 100 g;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt, dry yeast - 1 tsp each.

Melt and cool the butter. Make the milk warm by heating it over a fire or in the microwave.

Add yeast as indicated on the product packaging: dilute in milk or mix with flour.

Mix milk with egg, add salt and sugar. Then add flour into the mixture step by step, making sure to place it well. Pour in butter and knead the dough. You need to knead until the dough begins to move well away from the walls of the dish.

Cover the finished dough with a towel and leave in a warm place where there is no draft. When the dough “grows” in half, repeat the procedure. After the dough has risen again, you can begin modeling.

Recipe for sausages in puff pastry

This option is even simpler than the previous one. Don't have time to prepare the dough? Buy it at the store. All you have to do is just wrap the sausages in it and wait until they are covered in an appetizing golden brown crust in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • Sausages - 14-15 pcs.;
  • Puff pastry - 0.5 kg;
  • Egg - 1 piece.

Cooking method:

1. Roll out the puff pastry into a layer about 7 mm thick. Cut it into strips 1.5–2 cm wide each.

2. Wrap each sausage with dough.

3. Place the future dish on a baking sheet.

This recipe for cooking hot sausages in dough in the oven is no more complicated than the previous one. You don’t have to bake thin pita bread yourself: like puff pastry, it’s easy to buy in the store. If desired, you can wrap ready-made mashed potatoes in pita bread along with the sausages - this way you will get not only a tasty, but also a very satisfying snack dish.

Ingredients:

  • Thin pita bread - 1 sheet.
  • Hard cheese – 150-200 gr.
  • Any sausages – 8-10 pcs.
  • Ready mashed potatoes – 200 gr. optional.
  • Vegetable oil - as much as needed.
  • Egg – 1 pc.

Cooking process:

  1. First, cut the pita bread into strips - their width should be as long as a sausage. Then cut each strip of pita bread lengthwise into 3-4 pieces. Each piece should wrap the sausage well.
  2. Salt and pepper the puree to taste.
  3. Grate the cheese.
  4. Beat the egg in a bowl.
  5. Further. Spread a thin layer of mashed potatoes on each piece of pita bread and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the sausage on top and wrap it in pita bread. Ingredients:

  • egg;
  • approximately 250 milliliters of milk;
  • a glass of flour;
  • half a kilogram of sausages;
  • salt to your taste.

Cooking step by step:

  1. Pour flour and salt into one bowl, lightly beat the egg in another and combine everything together, then add milk and knead until smooth.
  2. Cut the sausages into medium pieces, if they are large, and place them in a mold. Bake them for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
  3. After this, quickly pour in the prepared flour mixture and put it in the oven again, but for 20 minutes at the same temperature.

Baking with cheese

Baking with cheese is always delicious, and if it is also with sausages, then you get double pleasure, which is very easy to prepare.

Required Products:

  • about 10 sausages;
  • 150 grams of cheese;
  • any dough to your taste weighing 400 grams.

Cooking step by step:

  1. We cut the cheese into thin rectangular slices, and turn the selected dough into a layer.
  2. Cut it into medium-sized square pieces. And on each square, first we lay out the cheese, then the sausage and pinch the edges in the very center, so that it appears as if it were in an envelope.
  3. We distribute all the resulting preparations on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, heating the oven to 200 degrees.

Without yeast

This is a very popular snack that is not so difficult to prepare at home even for an inexperienced cook. Sausages in dough without yeast will serve as an excellent snack option; you can take them to a picnic, work or a walk with your child. To reduce the time required to knead the flour mixture, you can use a bread maker. The preparation of sausages in dough is described below with a photo and in detail.

Ingredients:

  • 1st grade flour - 2 tbsp;
  • egg;
  • water – 200 ml;
  • sugar – ½ tbsp. l.;
  • sunflower oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour water, butter into the bread maker bowl, add sugar/salt.
  2. The sifted flour should be added last.
  3. Activate the “Pizza Dough” option on the device and wait an hour.
  4. Place the flour mixture on the table, divide it in half, roll out each piece, forming layers no thicker than 7 mm.
  5. Each sheet should be cut into narrow strips into which to twist the sausages, moving in a spiral.
  6. Next, place the yeast-free appetizer on a baking sheet lined with parchment, brush with egg, bake for 25 minutes, heating the oven to 200 degrees.

This dough option is very good for baking. Milk improves taste and increases the nutritional value of finished products. You won't find it in the store, so you'll have to prepare it yourself.

Ingredients for the dish:

  • 50 grams of butter;
  • a spoonful of sugar and just a little salt;
  • milk approximately 240 milliliters;
  • 6 grams of yeast;
  • about 12 sausages;
  • one egg;
  • 450 grams of flour.

Cooking process:

  1. Heat the indicated amount of milk slightly so that the temperature is no more than 40 degrees, add yeast and sugar, stir and let the mixture brew for about 10 minutes.
  2. In another container, mix the contents of the egg with salt, a small amount of sugar, butter that has previously been melted to a liquid state, and then pour in the yeast mixture.
  3. All that remains is to add flour and bring everything to the consistency of dough so that it is soft.
  4. Divide it into pieces so that you get medium-sized balls, make ropes out of them and use a rolling pin to turn them into thin strips.
  5. Now you need to wrap each sausage in them, so that they are like in a pigtail or in a spiral.
  6. Place the prepared pieces on a baking sheet or baking dish and leave for 15 minutes until the dough rises slightly. If desired, the top of the products can be coated with yolk.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, pre-heating the oven temperature to 200 degrees.

Turtle

You can beautifully wrap sausages in dough (the process is described step by step below), making the baked goods in the shape of a turtle. This option is actually very simple, but it looks impressive.

Cooking process:

  1. Divide the sausage into four parts: first along, then each across.
  2. Of the four slices received, one will be the turtle’s head - set it aside for now. Another slice will go to the tail - round off one end and make an elongated corner at the other. Cut the remaining two in half - these are four legs: you need to cut them at the base and round them - and they will be ready.
  3. Roll out the dough into a flat cake shape. Place all parts of the sausage on a baking sheet covered with greased foil, place a flat cake in the center (this is the shell) and apply notches on it, like a pattern on the shell. Brush the surface with beaten egg. Make a few turtles and put them in the oven to bake.
