  • Carrot – 1 pc.;
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
  • Zucchini – 1 pc.;
  • Potatoes – 6 pcs.;
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • Prunes – 6 pcs.;
  • Salt, spices for meat.

Rinse chicken drumsticks in cold water and lightly dry with paper towels.

Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes.

Chop the onion into half rings, carrots into slices, peppers, tomatoes and zucchini into small cubes.

We lay out the vegetables in layers in any order, the main thing is that the onion is on top. Place the drumsticks on the bow. Don't forget to add salt and spices to each layer. Finally, add a couple of bay leaves and prunes to the roasting pan.

Chicken fillet baked with vegetables and cheese in the oven.

Very tasty, tender delicacy. Can be eaten as an independent dish, or served with various side dishes. Mashed potatoes, pasta, buckwheat are best. For preparation you need:

  • Chicken fillet – 800 grams;
  • Medium tomatoes – 4-5 pcs.;
  • Hard cheese – 150 gr.;
  • Fresh herbs;
  • Salt, spices.

Cut the fillet into plates 1.5-2 centimeters thick, wrap in cling film and beat with a hammer. You can beat it off with the back of a knife.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable fat and place the chops. First rub the breasts on both sides with spices and salt.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on the chops. Sprinkle everything with finely chopped herbs. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Take out the baking sheet, sprinkle everything with grated cheese and return to the oven for 10 minutes.

Chicken in a jar in the oven with vegetables and spices.

We are all accustomed to different utensils: baking sheets, all kinds of shapes, sleeves and others. However, you can cook chicken in the most ordinary jar! Such a “mold” for baking can be found in any home!

You can use a variety of ingredients, even fruit. But now we will focus on a more “classical” version of this design. To fill one three-liter jar you need:

  • Broiler chicken drumsticks – 6 pcs.;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 carrot;
  • Bell pepper 2 pcs. (different colors are better for beauty);
  • Tomato – 1 pc.;
  • Fresh greens;
  • Salt pepper.

Wash and dry the poultry meat. Rub the drumsticks with salt, pepper or chicken spices.

Remove the skin from the carrots and grate on a coarse grater. If you can’t grate the carrots, you can chop them into small cubes with a knife.

Chop the onion into thin half rings. Remove the core and seeds from the peppers and cut them into strips. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

We put 3 drumsticks in it, then 1/2 vegetables. Top with the remaining 3 legs and vegetables. Don't forget to salt and pepper everything.

The products should be placed so that there is a little space left in the jar on top (3-4 centimeters).

The jar with its contents should be placed in a cold oven to avoid cracking the glass. Cook for 2 hours at a temperature of no more than 180 degrees.

After two hours, we leave the jar to cool together with the oven for another half hour. If you allow a sudden change in temperature, there is a high probability that the glass will break. Accordingly, the dish cannot be eaten, and this is a pointless waste of food and time.

After everything has cooled, transfer the food to any container.

Delicious kebabs in the oven.

Baked chicken on skewers in the oven with vegetables is not only amazingly tasty, but also looks very presentable, perfect for a celebration. It’s also a big plus that any housewife can afford such a kebab - it’s budget-friendly and impressive!

  • Chicken fillet – 800 grams;
  • Kefir – 200 ml;
  • Onions – 2 pieces;
  • Bell pepper – 2 pieces;
  • Cherry tomatoes – 400 grams;
  • Garlic – 3 cloves;
  • Salt, spices for chicken kebab.

As in the standard method of preparing shish kebab, the meat must be marinated.

Cut the chicken fillet into 3x3 cm cubes, pour in kefir, add chopped onion into rings, crushed garlic, salt and spices. Chicken does not marinate for very long, 0.5-1 hour will be enough.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the pepper into slices.

Place meat and vegetables on wooden skewers.

A deep baking tray, the width of which will be slightly less than the length of the skewers, is ideal for cooking. It is better to lay foil or parchment on its bottom so that the juice flows there during the baking process - then it will be easier to clean.

A simple, but very tasty and satisfying second course for a family dinner. I offer a recipe for chicken baked in the oven with vegetables under a cheese crust. The chicken meat turns out juicy and tender, saturated with the aromas of vegetables and seasonings. Affordable products, a minimum of manipulation and an excellent dish on the table for the whole family.

It is not necessary to use exactly the vegetables that I provide below in the list of ingredients. Feel free to improvise by adding your favorites to your liking. Fragrant fresh herbs (parsley or dill) and garlic are very welcome. In general, the flight of imagination is almost limitless. Cooking chicken with vegetables in the oven!

Chicken with zucchini

The most delicious recipe allows you to cook juicy chicken with vegetables in the oven. Of course, the best time to experiment is summer. It is during this period that there is an abundance of fresh vegetables. To prepare the dish, you can choose any ingredients, it all depends on personal preferences.

If you managed to get a rich harvest of zucchini, you can safely include them in the recipe. Thanks to the vegetable, you will be able to diversify your daily menu. Garlic and soy sauce give the delicacy a piquant taste.

Ingredients:

  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • soy sauce – 60 g;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • black pepper - a pinch;
  • zucchini – 3 pcs.;
  • chicken thighs – 1 kg;
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml;
  • parsley - a bunch;
  • water – 20 ml.

Preparation:

  1. We wash, peel and cut the zucchini into small rings.
  2. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out the zucchini, add salt.
  3. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
  4. Rub chicken thighs with salt and garlic. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. In one bowl, combine soy sauce and chopped parsley.
  6. Pour the resulting sauce onto a baking sheet.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cook the dish for 20 minutes.
  8. During cooking, pour the juices over the meat.
  9. At the end of the allotted time, remove the pan from the oven, place the dish on a plate, and serve hot.

An appetizing dinner for the whole family is ready, all that remains is to taste it. The chicken thighs are juicy and tender, and the zucchini serves as a garnish.
