  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Butter – 50-70 g
  • Dill – 1 bunch

  • Olive oil – 1-2 tbsp.

Preparation:

1. Wash the fish well and dry it with a paper towel. Use scissors to trim the fins and tails.
