Products for cooking:

  • whole chicken carcass;
  • five potatoes;
  • cauliflower (small) - 4-5 pcs.;
  • two large tomatoes;
  • young zucchini;
  • chili pepper - pod;
  • one bell pepper;
  • salt;
  • ground paprika and a mixture of ground peppers;
  • soy sauce.

Cooking steps:

  1. The chicken needs to be unwrapped as for cooking chicken tabaka. To do this, lay the carcass on its back, cut along the breast, and, pressing with your hands, push the breast apart to form a single layer. Make slits in the fleshy parts or pierce them several times with a fork.
  2. Place the carcass in a bowl, pour over soy sauce, and marinate for 15-20 minutes. During this time, prepare the vegetables.
  3. Peel the zucchini, removing the core if necessary. Cut into cubes.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces.
  5. Tomatoes - cubes, cauliflower into two parts.
  6. Remove the core with seeds from the bell pepper and cut the flesh into cubes.
  7. Peel the chili from seeds and finely chop the walls.
  8. Mix vegetables with paprika and ground peppers, add a little salt, and place on a baking sheet.
  9. On top of the vegetables, like a blanket, spread the chicken, which has been well marinated for 20 minutes.
  10. Cover the baking sheet with foil and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and leave the dish to bake until the chicken is crispy.

There is no need for excess sprinkling of cheese; you can simply decorate the dish with sprigs of fresh herbs before serving.

In ginger-soy marinade

The dish turns out a little tart, slightly spicy. In addition to its excellent taste, chicken becomes much healthier, because ginger is a real natural first aid kit! The aroma of baked chicken with ginger and soy sauce simply cannot be described, you must try it!

Ingredients:

  • chicken (you can cut the whole carcass into pieces or use individual parts: wings, breast, legs);
  • soy sauce (you need to look at the amount of chicken, fill it halfway with sauce);
  • two teaspoons of ground ginger (dry or fresh) per kilogram of meat;
  • two lemons.

No seasonings or ground pepper are required. Ginger is quite hot and spicy, and without seasoning the taste of the chicken will be preserved better: nothing will interrupt it. Lemon will brighten the taste of any dish, so don’t give it up!

Preparation step by step:

  1. Marinated chicken cooks faster and the meat is more tender. Therefore, we cut it into pieces (if the carcass is whole), rinse it, dry it with a towel and put it in a deep bowl. Pour in soy sauce, add ginger and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. If you have more time for marinating, then do not rush to cook, let it sit longer.
  2. Place baking paper in a baking tray and place the chicken pieces next to each other, but not tightly.
  3. Cut the lemon into circles, sparingly, place into pieces (2-3 slices next to each other for each).
  4. Bake for 40-60 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Boiled rice or risotto would be ideal as a side dish; spaghetti or other pasta would also be suitable.

We complement the dish with bell pepper

The most delicious recipe for chicken meat with bell pepper came to us from China. Local chefs add the country's traditional soybean sauce, and the dish turns out incredibly aromatic and tasty! Try to cook a delicious dish of world cuisine. The result will definitely not leave you indifferent.

Products needed:

  • half a kilo of chicken meat without bones and skin;
  • two large bell peppers;
  • green onions;
  • half a glass of meat broth (you can mix water with a cube);
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • a teaspoon of ground ginger;
  • three tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • two teaspoons of sesame seeds;
  • ground red pepper - half a teaspoon or a pod of fresh chili;
  • a pinch of ground black pepper;
  • a little sunflower oil.

It seems like there are a lot of ingredients. But pay attention, it’s all seasonings and spices! When you put this set on the table, you will be surprised how few ingredients are required to prepare a delicious dish.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Wash the meat and dry it. Then cut it into thin, long pieces. Pepper, remove for 10-15 minutes.

  • garlic - a couple of cloves.

Preparation:

  1. Press the garlic through a press, mix it with soy sauce in a deep bowl.
  2. Place chicken meat or legs into the sauce and leave to marinate. If time is short, you can fry in 1-1.5 hours. If it allows, then marinate the chicken for 8-12 hours, the meat will turn out delicious!
  3. Heat a frying pan, pour a little oil. Place the chicken uncovered and fry on one side.
  4. Reduce heat, turn over the browned pieces, and place onion rings on top. Cover with a lid and fry until golden brown on the second side. Turn over again and cook for another 50-7 minutes.
  5. When done, sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds.

Mashed potatoes would be an excellent side dish. The meat is so tender that you don’t even need sauce.

In mustard-soy sauce

The combination of mustard and the saltiest sauce with chicken is an incredible taste delight! If you want to cook something original, tasty, satisfying, but light, then take note of this recipe. Need foil.

The following products will be required:

  • chicken meat (you can fillet, you can use any parts of the carcass with bones);
  • lemon;
  • half a glass of soy sauce;
  • two tablespoons of dry mustard;
  • dried mushrooms.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the chicken pieces and dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard, and mushrooms in small pieces.
  3. Cut the foil into pieces so that they can easily fit a piece of chicken with sauce.
  4. Place the chicken in the center of a piece of foil and add a tablespoon or more of sauce. Lift the edges of the foil, connect and twist or crumple. You will get a separate baking dish for each piece. Wrap all other pieces in the same way.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Boiled or baked potatoes and rice are suitable as a side dish. You can immediately wrap a couple of potatoes (whole or in pieces) in foil with chicken and sauce, then you will get a complete dish!

With added honey

Soy sauce with honey is called teriyaki or teriyaki. It can be purchased at the store, or can be easily prepared at home. Chicken with this sauce can be baked, cooked in a frying pan or on the grill. The beauty of the recipe is that the taste is a little sweet, but not sweet, very pleasant. The highlight is the beautiful transparent crust that resembles caramel or amber.

Ingredients:

  • a glass of soy sauce;
  • 2 tablespoons honey;
  • three tablespoons of rice wine or one and a half vodka;

Preparation:

  1. In a metal bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, alcohol and ginger. Over low heat, until the sauce is smooth, stirring to prevent it from burning.
  2. Cool the teriyaki, then place the chicken in it, after washing it.
  3. Usually one and a half hours is enough to soak the meat, but you can leave it for a longer time. The longer the chicken is marinated, the tastier the final dish turns out.

This method is suitable for baking and grilling over coals. But for the frying pan, choose a different cooking method:

  1. Wash and dry the chicken pieces.
  2. Grease a frying pan with oil and fry the chicken pieces on both sides over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat, pour sauce into pan, stir with meat.
  4. With or without a lid, you need to fry the chicken until a beautiful transparent crust appears.
