Cooking steps:
- The chicken needs to be unwrapped as for cooking chicken tabaka. To do this, lay the carcass on its back, cut along the breast, and, pressing with your hands, push the breast apart to form a single layer. Make slits in the fleshy parts or pierce them several times with a fork.

- sesame seeds;
- garlic - a couple of cloves.
Preparation:
- Press the garlic through a press, mix it with soy sauce in a deep bowl.
- Place chicken meat or legs into the sauce and leave to marinate. If time is short, you can fry in 1-1.5 hours. If it allows, then marinate the chicken for 8-12 hours, the meat will turn out delicious!
- Heat a frying pan, pour a little oil. Place the chicken uncovered and fry on one side.
- Reduce heat, turn over the browned pieces, and place onion rings on top. Cover with a lid and fry until golden brown on the second side. Turn over again and cook for another 50-7 minutes.
- When done, sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds.
