- Garlic clove – 6 pcs.
- Lemon – 1 pc.
- Dill and parsley - 1 bunch each.
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp. l.
- Finely ground salt - to taste.
Preparation:
- We will not chop the greens so that they do not turn into coals during cooking. We just knead it well with our hands so that it releases the juice better, and then the whole thing can simply be pulled out of the saturated dish and thrown away.
- Using a grater, remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- Add melted warm honey, mustard and butter to them.
- Pass the garlic cloves through a press and add them to the marinade along with the crushed herbs. You can add a little salt.
- If your honey has hardened, I recommend melting it in a water bath. Place the bowl of honey in a pan of hot water and stir continuously until the honey becomes liquid.
- Mix well and coat the chicken or its parts with this mixture. After 3-5 hours you can start cooking.
- Bake in the oven at 180-190 degrees for about 40-50 minutes, depending on the weight of the chicken.
- You can fry legs or legs in a frying pan. To do this, first fry over high heat, and then you can cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

Use your favorite chicken spices or don't add them at all, the chicken will be aromatic and delicious thanks to the garlic, soy sauce and lemon. I put a pinch of spices, the composition is as follows: ground chili, paprika, basil, coriander, nutmeg.

It is best to take liquid honey, but if this is not available, then warm the candied honey a little in a water bath, it will melt and then mix it with spices, butter and sauce. My oven is small, so I cut it across the brisket and unwrapped it. This way it will bake faster. Chinese seasoning is a unique product in composition, taste and characteristic Asian aroma. Using this sauce is beneficial and healthy, because in this case there is no need to add salt to the food - it is quite enough in the product.
What ingredients will you need?
To create the dish you will need:
- vegetable oil;
- liquid honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
- chicken thighs - 10–12 pcs.;
- yogurt - 240 g;
- mustard - 2 tsp;
- Provençal herbs - 1 tsp;
- peppercorns - 5–6 pcs.;
- dry ginger - ½ tsp;
- premium flour - 100 g;
- paprika - to taste.

Description of preparation steps:
- First, you need to slightly heat the honey, put it in a bowl, immediately add table mustard, soy sauce, ginger root crushed to a powder, chopped basil (you can use other herbs).
- Then you need to add yogurt and peppercorns crushed in a mortar to the mixture, after which you should mix the resulting mass well.
- Next, you need to roll the pre-processed chicken thighs in flour combined with paprika, then place the meat in a greased baking dish.
- Now you need to pour mustard-honey sauce over the pieces of poultry, cover the container with foil, and send the workpiece for 30 minutes. into an oven heated to 200 °C.
- When the first stage of baking is completed, you need to remove the metal-like paper, then continue the process for another 15 minutes. to create a soft ruddy tint on products.

- We transfer the bird to the sleeve and tie the ends. Use a needle to make 2-3 punctures on top; steam will escape through these holes.
- We bake the bird in the oven for an hour at 200 degrees.

- liquid honey (preferably buckwheat) - 1 tbsp. l.;
- chicken wings - 450–500 g;
- lemon - 1/3 of the fruit;
- garlic cloves - 2 pcs.;
- table mustard - 3 tsp;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- prunes - 1/3 cup;
- ginger root (grated) - 1 tbsp. l.;
- tomato paste - 1/3 cup;
- turmeric - 1/3 tsp;
- drinking water - 3–4 tbsp. l.;
- parsley - 1/3 bunch;
- salt, a mixture of peppers, spices, basil - according to preference.
Step-by-step cooking process
Sequence of cooking steps:
- First you need to rinse the prunes, then steam the dried fruits in hot water for about 17-20 minutes.
- Now you need to peel the onion, cut it into cubes, then sauté in oil until soft.
- After this, add grated ginger root to the mixture, add crushed prunes and crushed garlic to the mixture.
- Next, you need to continue frying the food for about 3 minutes, then you need to add tomato puree, sprinkle the food with chopped parsley, season with salt, then simmer the mixture for another 10 minutes.
- At the next stage you will need to mix honey with mustard, 2 tbsp. l. fresh butter and lemon juice. Then you need to add spices and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- The resulting sweet mass should also be added to the vegetable mass, then it should be boiled for approximately 2–3 minutes, after which it is necessary to cool the sauce slightly and grind it with a blender until a homogeneous composition is formed.
- At the next stage, you need to pour ½ the amount of the prepared mixture onto the pre-processed chicken wings and keep the product in it for about 1.5–2 hours.
All that remains is to fry the marinated meat in well-heated oil until golden brown.

The chicken wings should be presented hot along with the second half of the mustard-honey sauce.
Chicken in honey mustard sauce with oranges (fillet)
This recipe uses white meat. It turns out very aromatic and bakes to a beautiful crust, which is not typical for it.
Ingredients
- 500 g fillet;
- 1 large orange;
- 15 g mustard;
- 1 tsp. honey;
- 2 spoons of soy sauce.
Preparation
- Wash and peel the orange. Cut off 3 circles and squeeze the juice out of the rest of the citrus. Cut the mugs into small pieces, discard the seeds and thick veins.
- Mix the juice with soy sauce, honey and mustard. You don't have to add anything else to it.
- We cut the fillet into pieces, like for a shish kebab or a little smaller.
- Pour orange juice with honey and mustard, mix, add small pieces of citrus prepared earlier. Leave for half an hour. You can remove it for several hours, but in this case put it in the refrigerator.
- Transfer to form. Pour the marinade and juices that have collected at the bottom on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the oven, temperature for fillet 200 degrees.
Recipe 3: Chicken in honey aromatic sauce
The composition of the products proposed for the sauce is so promising that even an inexperienced housewife can guess that the chicken will turn out great.
Required ingredients:

- one tablespoon each of honey, vegetable oil, soy sauce, mustard,
