Advice from experienced chefs
Use the spices you like best for marinating chicken. And then you will really get the most delicious, aromatic meat you can only dream of! Don't be afraid to rub the bird with salt. Yes, just rub it. Don’t worry that it will be over-salted, because the meat will absorb everything so that the taste is not only in the top layer.
It is very important to choose fresh, chilled poultry, and not one that has been frozen several dozen times. Then the meat will be juicy and rich. It turns out more tender and much tastier than the one that has already been frozen. But this, of course, needs to be known in comparison. So, as an experiment, you can try baking both options.
Think you'll immediately fall in love with a baked dish? This is an understatement. Juicy, soft, flavorful meat will tempt even vegetarians. It’s impossible to refuse such a dish, no matter how much you want it. But be careful, the dish is high in calories.
Description of preparation:
So, I’m telling you how to cook “Chicken with Honey”.
It is best to take liquid honey, but if this is not available, then warm the candied honey a little in a water bath, it will melt and then mix it with spices, butter and sauce. Instead of vegetable oil, you can put a piece of butter, but melt it first. See the recipe!
