Good day!

Probably, each of us sometimes has a desire, after a hard day at work, to sit back in a soft chair, pick up your favorite book and relax, making yourself some fresh tea with a crispy golden bun. And if, as a rule, there are no problems with the first, second and even third, then baked goods (especially fresh and hot ones) are not always at home. What to do in this case?

The answer is obvious - cook it yourself. One of the fairly common and simple options is buns made from yeast dough. For some reason, many housewives avoid such recipes, believing that it is very difficult to prepare. Quite the opposite! Once you learn it, you won’t be able to stop and all kinds of buns, rolls and roses will become regular guests on your table.

Yeast buns can have a variety of shapes and fillings. Even by sprinkling regular sugar on top of the products, you will already get an interesting and tasty treat. The great advantage of such baking is that it rises well in the oven, and even from a small amount of dough you can get enough buns to feed a whole family.

In general, try, experiment, and be sure to write in the comments about what you got. And with the detailed step-by-step recipes presented below, I’m sure nothing bad can happen. If you have an avid sweet tooth, then take recipes for brushwood, pancakes or pancakes and treat your beloved family.

How long does it take to bake buns? How many minutes should I bake the buns?

Many reasons influence the baking time of buns: the quality of the oven (the uniformity of its heating is important, first of all), the temperature, the size, and even the dough from which the buns are made.
However, you can indicate an approximate time that you should focus on. For small buns, the average time in the oven at 180 degrees (in my opinion, this is the most optimal temperature for baking) is 25-30 minutes, for medium ones - 40-45.

Almost all modern ovens have lighting. This useful option should not be neglected, which helps to visually control the process.

A lot depends on the size of the buns and what kind of dough we will use to bake the buns.

So the puff pastry buns are baked for about 20-30 minutes, set the temperature to 240 degrees.

If we have a rich yeast dough, then heat the stove to 210-220 degrees and bake for about 30-35 minutes.

If this is a simple yeast dough (not rich), then oven 240 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.

If we make buns from shortcrust pastry, then we need to bake for about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 230 degrees.

It should be remembered that the smaller the bun, the sooner it will bake, and if the bun is larger, it will take longer to bake.

Before putting the buns in to bake, warm up the oven well; it must be turned on at least 15 minutes before putting the buns in the oven.

The baking time for yeast buns will depend on several factors at once. Both the baking temperature and the size of the product matter. You can find different times in recipes. It is not difficult to assume that it changes primarily due to the baking temperature.

In order for medium-sized buns to bake properly, they need to be placed in a well-heated oven. Typically, at a temperature of 180 - 200 C, baking time for buns up to 100 grams takes half an hour. If you increase the temperature, the time will decrease. Buns weighing up to 70 g. At the same temperature you can bake for about 20 minutes.

At a temperature of 250 degrees, baking time takes 15 minutes.

In general, the product is baked until golden brown.

Buns are a very broad concept: they come in very different sizes, which primarily affects the baking time. The larger the bun, the longer it will take to bake. Another important factor is the oven temperature.

The exact time depends on the oven itself. I usually check the readiness of products by piercing them with a skewer (wooden stick): if the dough is browned on top and there are no traces of raw dough left on the skewer, then the product is completely ready.

I often make buns from yeast dough. I put it in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes, and then I start checking and looking. The usual baking time for buns is 40 minutes (for a gas oven). It takes me the same amount of time to make products made from puff pastry or shortbread - about 30 minutes.

I advise you to first bake in the oven without opening the door for at least 20 minutes, and then start checking every 10 minutes.

Cooking time depends on many parameters. Firstly, the most important role, in my opinion, is played by the oven. Mine heats up quickly, so the buns bake in 15 minutes. If the oven is weaker, then more time will be needed, on average 25-30 minutes. In addition, you need to take into account the type of dough from which you plan to bake the baked goods and its size, since the cooking time in these cases may also differ. I mainly prefer to bake puff pastry products; they turn out light and crispy. At a temperature of 220 degrees, the buns will be ready in 15 minutes. If you prefer baked goods with filling, the cooking time will also increase, by an average of 10 minutes. Yeast dough requires a lower cooking temperature; it is enough to heat the oven to 180 degrees and baking time takes me up to 25 - 30 minutes.

You always want to get beautiful, rosy pies and not have to think about whether they are baked or still raw.

There are several nuances that affect the baking time of buns. Let's look at them.

1) The quality of the oven. Always preheat the stove by setting the desired temperature and waiting 20 minutes. Do not open the oven while baking. Baked goods should be placed in the oven so that air can circulate freely. I read advice that if the bottom of the buns in your oven always burns, you need to put coarse salt under the bottom.

2) Different dough. Every housewife knows that not all buns are baked at the same temperature, so if some are baked in 30 minutes, others may dry out, burn or not bake. Yeast dough is baked at a temperature of 180 degrees, puff pastry is baked at a temperature of 210 degrees (20-25 minutes), open cheesecakes at a temperature of 170-190 degrees. Keep this in mind when baking.

Another tip: if you want a browned crust on your pies, turn the heat up for 3-4 minutes before turning it off.

Thus, the average baking time for buns is 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. The buns are placed in a preheated oven.

At what temperature should you bake buns?

It all depends on the test.

But I always make buns from yeast dough. Therefore, in order for them to be thoroughly baked from the inside, I set them to 200 degrees, but my mother thinks that 180 degrees is enough. In general, I think that the range of 180-200 degrees is optimal. and in terms of time I bake for 40 minutes (this is at 200 degrees), but here you need to look at their color, because everything depends on the size. Even if this is your first time baking buns, you will already know by their appearance whether they are ready or not (after all, you know what ready-made buns look like). I also forgot to add that for the first 15 minutes do not open the oven, because the dough that has built up may shrink and will not be tasty or soft. Good luck to you.

Buns can be made from different doughs. This will determine the temperature at which the buns should be baked, and the baking time will also depend on this.

If you are baking from yeast dough, then bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees (depending on the oven) for about half an hour. Look, if they are browned, then this time is enough, if they are pale, then you can add time and bake for 35-40 minutes.

In general, buns are a type of baked product that does not require too high temperatures for baking, otherwise they may turn out too hard. They need to be baked, as our grandmothers said in the “Free Furnace”, that is, at low temperatures, this is 180-200 degrees no more. After all, in the old days, when everything was baked in a Russian oven, buns, as a rule, were baked last, when it was not so hot in the oven. At low temperatures, the buns turn out best, that is, they slowly rise and turn out very fluffy and soft. And if you bake them at a high temperature, that is, at 220 degrees or more, then they will simply be very hard and can also burn. That is, the optimal temperature is 180 at most 200 degrees, no more.

How to bake buns from yeast dough with milk?

Many housewives find it very difficult to work with yeast dough, so they avoid baking with yeast dough in every possible way. In fact, this is not at all true; you can and should make friends with yeast dough. You just need to remember two basic rules: “no” to drafts and bad mood at the time of preparing the dough. Try it!

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour – 0.5 kg.
  • Dry yeast – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Granulated sugar – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Table salt - on the tip of a knife.
  • Milk – 50 ml.
  • Ryazhenka – 0.2 l.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 package.
  • Butter – 50 g

Cooking process:

  1. In the microwave, heat the milk to approximately 40ºC. Add a tablespoon of dry yeast to warm milk and stir. To make them work faster, add half a tablespoon of sugar to them. Place the container in a warm, draft-free place for 20 minutes.

  2. Place the butter in a small saucepan and put it on the fire (you can also melt it in the microwave). Wait until the butter melts and turn off the stove. Break 2 eggs into a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar. Beat all ingredients thoroughly with a mixer.
  3. Heat the fermented baked milk a little in the microwave and add it to the beaten eggs. Place the yeast there, which should have increased in size by this time, and the melted butter. Whisk.

  4. The flour must be sifted using a sieve to saturate it with oxygen, so the baked goods will be tender and soft. Add flour to the dough little by little, stirring continuously. When the dough becomes thick, start kneading it by hand. You need to knead long enough so that you end up with a nice dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and let it sit warm for an hour and a half.

  5. After the dough has increased in volume, punch it down and divide into 10-12 parts. Divide each piece into 3 parts and roll them into flagella. Weave a braid from the flagella and place it on a baking sheet greased with a small amount of vegetable oil.
  6. In a small plate, beat 1 chicken egg with a fork, and then brush our buns with it. Sprinkle a little brown sugar on top of the buns. Let them sit warm for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the buns will fit even better, and you will have time to preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the baking sheet with the buns on the middle level for 25 minutes.
  7. Let the finished baked goods cool and serve.

Yeast buns with milk + recipe for butter dough

Another recipe for soft yeast buns. Here, sesame seeds are used as decoration, which give the products tenderness both in terms of their appearance and taste.

Try it - the recipe is very easy, and the result will please you, even if you have never baked before.

Ingredients:

  • 160 ml warm water;
  • 40 g soft butter;
  • Warm milk – 30 ml;
  • 20 g sugar;
  • 2 eggs (1 for the dough and 1 for brushing);
  • 370 g flour;
  • 0.5 tsp salt;
  • 4 g dry yeast;
  • Sesame.

Stages:

To knead the dough, you will need a container deep enough to hold all the ingredients. Pour the milk and water into a bowl, and then dissolve the yeast and granulated sugar in them.

Break one egg.

And gradually begin to add the sifted flour, thoroughly mixing the dough after each portion.

Then cover it with a towel and leave it on the table for 30 minutes.

When the dough has risen a little, place it on the table, add salt and knead a piece of butter into it with your hands. You need to stir for 10-15 minutes so that the dough is homogeneous. When its surface becomes smooth, you can finish. Transfer the dough to a clean container, cover with a towel or cling film and leave again, but this time for an hour and a half.

So, the dough has risen. Now you need to knead it and divide it into 5 identical pieces.

Roll each part into a rope about 40 cm long.

Tie the resulting sausage into a loose knot, as shown in the photo.

And then pass its ends through the resulting loop several times.

You will get such a beautiful and unusual bun.

Place the pieces on a baking sheet, leaving enough space around each, and let them sit in a warm place for half an hour. Then brush the pieces with beaten raw egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds to your liking.

The buns are baked at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!

A simple and delicious recipe for yeast puff pastry buns

Guests are on the doorstep, and you don’t know what to prepare for tea? Puff pastry buns in the shape of snails will come in handy: very simple, quick and tasty.

Ingredients:

  • Ready-made puff pastry dough – 1 package.
  • Butter – 50 g.
  • Granulated sugar – 120 g.
  • Ground cinnamon – 3-4 tsp.
  • Wheat flour - for rolling.

Cooking process:

  1. Remove the package of dough from the freezer and remove the wrapper. Let the dough defrost at room temperature for about an hour. Also remove the butter from the refrigerator; it should have time to soften.

  2. Sprinkle the working surface of the table with 1-2 tablespoons of flour and transfer the dough onto it. Now the dough layer needs to be rolled out so that the thickness is no more than 5 millimeters.
  3. Spread the softened butter over the resulting rectangle of dough, leaving 2-3 centimeters on each edge. Take 100-120 grams of granulated sugar and distribute it evenly over the entire surface of the dough, leaving 2-3 centimeters along the edge. Do the same with cinnamon. Roll the dough into a fairly tight roll, pressing along the edge so that the layers are properly held together.

  4. Turn on the oven in advance to warm up to 180 degrees, while you start forming the buns. To do this, cut the resulting roll into 16-18 pieces and turn them cut side down onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Let the buns sit for 20 minutes to allow the dough to proof properly.

  5. After the buns have risen a little, place the baking sheet in the oven for 15-20 minutes. A pleasant aroma and golden color will indicate the readiness of our buns. Ready-made, cooled buns can be sprinkled with a small amount of powdered sugar.

Fragrant garlic buns made from yeast dough

Try making these savory, aromatic and incredibly delicious garlic buns. They are perfect for borscht or any other first course. Garlic buns made from yeast dough will be appreciated by both adults and children.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour – 0.5 kg.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs. + 1 yolk.
  • Dry yeast – 11 g.
  • Milk – 0.25 l + 1 tbsp. l.
  • Table salt – 0.75-1 tsp.
  • Granulated sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Butter – 8 tbsp. l.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves.
  • Salt – 1 pinch.
  • Fresh dill - 4 sprigs.

Cooking process:

  1. First you need to prepare the dough. Take 250 milliliters of milk and heat to about 40º C. Then pour 11 grams of dry yeast into the warm milk. Stir. Now you need to add a tablespoon of granulated sugar so that the yeast activates faster and starts working. Place the container with milk and yeast in a warm place for at least 20 minutes.

  2. When the specified time has passed and the yeast is working, add 2 eggs, salt, 4 tablespoons of melted butter and flour to it one by one. The flour must be sifted first, this will make the dough airy and the finished product tender and soft. Knead soft and elastic dough. Remember that yeast dough loves hands and time. This means that you need to knead for a long time and with your hands. But the result is worth it.

  3. When the dough reaches the desired consistency, place it in a warm place, first covering it with a clean kitchen towel. The dough should stand in a warm place for at least an hour, because it should have time to increase at least 2 times. Then knead the grown dough with your hands and let it stand for another half hour. These buns are baked in a well-heated oven, so make sure to preheat it to 200 degrees in advance.
  4. Divide the finished dough into as many parts as there are buns you plan to bake. Depending on the size of the buns, usually 12-16 pieces are obtained from the specified amount of ingredients. Roll each piece into a round and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or baking pan. The formed buns need time to rise. Therefore, you should not send them straight into the oven; let them sit for about 15 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the yolk of one chicken egg and 1 tablespoon of milk. Fluff with a fork or whisk and then brush onto each bun. Place the buns in a well-heated oven for 20 minutes, then reduce the internal temperature to 180 degrees and bake the buns for about 10 minutes.
  6. While the buns are baking, prepare the garlic sauce for them. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them. Wash the dill and chop finely. Mix both ingredients by adding 4 tablespoons of melted butter.

  7. Salt the resulting mixture to your taste and brush the finished hot buns with it. That's it, you can serve it to the table.

Lush, airy buns made from yeast dough with raisins

These buns are a great solution both as something tasty for tea and as a snack. Tasty, sweet, aromatic - you simply cannot resist them, and they are prepared from the simplest ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Raisins – 0.2 kg.
  • Wheat flour - 4 cups.
  • Dry yeast – 1 tsp.
  • Granulated sugar – 100 g.
  • Butter – 65 g.
  • Milk – 0.25 l.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Table salt - on the tip of a knife.

Cooking process:

  1. Before you start preparing the dough, you need to rinse the raisins in hot water, and then put them in a colander and let them dry.
  2. Take a deep bowl and sift 3 cups of wheat flour into it. It is necessary to sift the flour; this is perhaps one of the main conditions for obtaining a good yeast dough. Add a teaspoon of yeast to the sifted flour (the yeast must be fast-acting) and a pinch of salt. Mix all ingredients.

  3. Break 2 eggs into a small container and add 100 grams of sugar little by little. Whisk for 2-3 minutes.

  4. In the microwave, heat the milk to about 40-45ºC, and then melt the butter. Add both ingredients to the beaten eggs (just remember to cool the butter first).

  5. Gradually pour the resulting mixture into the flour with yeast, mix thoroughly and add a glass of sifted flour. Using your hands, knead a soft and elastic dough that should not stick to your hands at all (you will have to knead for quite a long time).
  6. The dough should now rest for an hour. Cover the bowl with a cotton towel and place in a warm place without the slightest draft.
  7. When the specified time has passed and the dough has almost doubled in size, add raisins in small portions and mix them thoroughly into the dough.

  8. Take a small pinch from the total ball of dough and roll it into a flagellum. Tie each flagellum into a knot, and hide the ends under the bottom - so you have a bun preparation. Place all buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rest for 20 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  9. Before putting the buns in the oven, brush them with egg yolk (or butter, or milk). You need to bake the raisin buns for 20-25 minutes until they acquire a pleasant golden hue.

Soft cinnamon rolls - step by step photo recipe

And finally, how could you not tell us about cinnamon rolls? This is practically a classic of sweet pastries. This recipe uses a lot of ingredients for decoration - chocolate, maple syrup, nuts, and cream, but you can choose for yourself what to leave and what to remove. Although I recommend using everything - it tastes better. And I don’t care how much the calorie counter shows, right?

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 75 g sugar;
  • Flour – 550 g;
  • 2 eggs;
  • A teaspoon of salt;
  • Milk – 100 ml;
  • 60 g butter;
  • 75 g sugar;
  • 8 g dry yeast;
  • Warm water – 100 ml.

Stages:

Let's start by preparing the dough. Place a bowl of milk over low heat. Let it warm up just a little. And then throw a piece of butter into it and pour in sugar (60 g). Mix everything with a whisk.

Pour dry yeast into warm water poured into a separate glass and let it rise.

Pour into a container with milk, stir lightly, then break the eggs here.

Add 460 g of flour mixed with salt into the mixture.

Knead a thick dough. Place it in a bowl, cover it with something and put it in a warm place for an hour. You can do the filling yourself.

Filling ingredients

  • 20 g butter;
  • Sugar – 130 g;
  • 15 g vanilla sugar;
  • Cocoa – 30 g;
  • 20 g cinnamon.

Mix sugar and cocoa with cinnamon. You will get a dry mixture. Melt the butter and let it cool.

Roll out all the dough into a large layer. Brush it with oil and then cover it evenly with the filling.

Roll the dough into a tight roll.

Cut it into 9 pieces and let the products rise for about 20 minutes, just leaving them like that on the table.

After this time, place the future buns in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.

Prepare syrup from 100 g of sugar and a teaspoon of water. Yes, yes, a teaspoon, that's right. Mix everything and put on fire. Let the mixture simmer a little. When you see that it has become a caramel color, remove it. Then dilute it with another 200 mm of warm water, and the syrup is ready.

Pour the syrup over the buns and leave to soak. Meanwhile, start preparing the cream.

Ingredients for cream:

  • 100 g sour cream;
  • Curd cheese - the same amount;
  • 50 g powdered sugar.

Mix all ingredients in a clean, dry bowl. If the cream turns out liquid, great, that’s how it should be. Then the buns will be better soaked and juicier.

Lubricate the products with cream. If you wish, you can use maple syrup, chocolate and nuts for decoration, as I did.

Then the treat will turn out to be absolutely delicious.

Bon appetit!

That's all, bake the yeast buns in the oven and eat to your health. Let them turn out fluffy, rosy and very tasty. Bon appetit!

Continue this way until you have used up the entire amount of dough and filling. Leave the resulting buns on the baking sheet for 20-30 minutes. At room temperature they will rise a little more, and you will take them out of the oven completely fluffy. Step-by-step recipe for making yeast buns with poppy seeds

A very simple recipe for excellent yeast dough, for which you can use anything as a filling. Today we will bake poppy seed buns: tender, aromatic and incredibly tasty. The dough for such buns is very easy to work with, the main thing is not to add more flour than necessary. Excess flour will make the dough tough and heavy. Good luck!

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Wheat flour – 1 kg.
  • Fresh yeast – 35-40 g.
  • Table salt – 0.5 tsp.
  • Sugar – 140 g.
  • Butter – 0.2 kg.
  • Milk – 0.5 l.
  • Milk – 150 ml.
  • Poppy – 0.3 kg.
  • Granulated sugar – 0.1 kg.

Cooking process:

  1. First we need to prepare the dough. Heat 70 milliliters of milk to 40-50ºС, add live yeast, as well as a tablespoon of granulated sugar and the same amount of sifted flour. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and cover the bowl with a towel. The dough should be placed in a fairly warm place, without the slightest draft.

  2. The butter must be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to soften. Place soft butter in a bowl and add 140 grams of sugar. Mix well and beat in 2 eggs. Add a pinch of salt and add warmed milk (minus 70 milliliters that we took for the dough). Pour in the suitable dough and mix all the ingredients until smooth, and then, little by little, add the sifted flour. Now you need to knead a good, elastic dough (it should stick to your hands quite a bit). Yeast dough loves to be kneaded for a long time, so do not spare any effort or time for this process. Place the finished dough in a warm place, covering the top with a towel, and leave for about an hour and a half.

  3. While the dough is rising, you have time to prepare the poppy seeds. First you need to rinse it in cold water and then add 150 milliliters of milk. Place the saucepan with the milk and poppy seeds over medium heat. Wait until the milk boils and turn off the stove. Let the poppy seeds sit in the hot milk for 1 hour and then carefully drain the milk using a sieve.

  4. Add 100 grams of granulated sugar to the soaked poppy seeds and blend with a submersible blender.
  5. Roll out the finished dough with a rolling pin adding a small amount of flour, and then sprinkle the resulting flatbread with poppy seeds. Roll the dough into a tight roll and then cut into portions.

  6. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the buns on it so that the cut ends up at the bottom and top. Let the buns sit warm for 15-20 minutes. At this time, you can turn on the oven at 180ºC so that it has time to heat up properly.

  7. Brush the buns with beaten egg and place them in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool the finished buns and serve.

How to bake buns with sugar quickly and tasty using water

Dough and sugar - and nothing extra. And yet, delicious! You can prepare the well-known “buns,” which have probably been on everyone’s table at least once, using this recipe. The main thing is to ensure the freshness of the ingredients. This is especially true for yeast.

For such buns to be tasty, it must rise well, and with old yeast the dough will never become porous and airy.

Ingredients:

  • Salt – 1 tsp;
  • Cup of water;
  • Flour – 3 cups;
  • Dry yeast – 2-3 tsp;
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 cups;
  • Sugar – 15 tbsp. l.

Stages:

Pour a glass of water filled to the brim, heated to 30 degrees, into a deep bowl.

Dissolve sugar in it - 3 tablespoons.

And add dry yeast. There is no need to stir them - just pour them onto the surface of the water and leave them there for 10-15 minutes until they soak. Before your eyes they will rise and form a kind of “cap”. When this happens, add a teaspoon of salt to the bowl.

Now you can mix everything.

Using the same glass you used to take the water, measure out three portions of flour. Pour it into a bowl.

And fill the same glass one third with vegetable oil.

Knead the dough and add butter at the end.

This way it will stop sticking to the walls of the dish and will form into a fairly dense lump. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in a warm place for 30-35 minutes.

Take out the dough and knead it properly.

Form it into a neat ball and place it back in the bowl under the film for 40 minutes.

It will rise to about 3 times its size.

Take out the dough and divide into 12 pieces (according to the number of buns).

Prepare vegetable oil and sugar and place them next to you. Also line the baking sheet with paper or grease it in advance.

Roll each piece of dough into a small, fairly thin pancake and brush with vegetable oil.

Then sprinkle with sugar to your liking.

Roll each tortilla into a roll so that the sugar is inside.

Fold it in half and pinch the edges.

On the side opposite the joined ends, make a cut ¾ of the way through the folded roll and straighten it out.

In this form, place each bun on a baking sheet.

Let the buns sit at room temperature for 25 minutes to make them fluffier. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Place the buns in the oven and wait for the formation of a golden brown crust.

As soon as it appears, place them on the table - otherwise the sugar will melt too much and burn.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour - 4.5-5 cups.
  • Yeast – 20 g.
  • Granulated sugar – 100-120 g.
  • Milk – 0.5 l.
  • Boiled condensed milk – 1 can.
  • Butter – ½ pack.
  • Egg – 1 pc.

Cooking process:

  1. Melt the butter using a water bath or in the microwave. Let cool to room temperature.

  2. Heat the milk a little and then dissolve 20 grams of yeast in it.

  3. Add egg and sugar to melted butter. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Combine the contents of both bowls and beat with a mixer for a few minutes.

  4. You need to sift the flour into a separate deep bowl to enrich it with oxygen. This step will help the dough rise better and be more tender. Add flour in small portions to a bowl with yeast, butter and milk and knead into a dough that is pleasant to your hands. You need to knead for a long time, at least 10 minutes (remember that under no circumstances should lumps form in the dough). Cover the bowl with the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest in a warm place for half an hour.
  5. Punch down the grown dough and roll it into a layer about 5 millimeters thick. Take a round cutter and cut out blanks for future buns.

  6. Open a can of boiled condensed milk and place 1 teaspoon of condensed milk in the middle of each circle. Bring the edges of the cake together to form the bun shape you desire.

  7. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and place the buns on it, seam side down. Let them sit for 10-15 minutes and put them in the oven. Various factors influence the baking time of the buns, so be guided by their appearance: the top of the buns should acquire a beautiful golden hue. This usually happens after 30 minutes of baking.
