The recipes are incredibly simple, especially if you use store-bought dough and don’t bother making it yourself. It should be noted that this is a rather economical dish, since all the ingredients are available, and the product yield is relatively large.

Sausages in yeast dough in the oven
A simple recipe that can even be called classic. There is nothing special about it either in terms of composition or in terms of the cooking algorithm. But isn’t it precisely its simplicity that fascinates us with this dish?
Ingredients:
- Salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
- Milk - 250 ml;
- Egg - 1 pc.;
- Sausages - 17 pcs.;
- Butter - 50 gr.;
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon;
- Dry yeast - 11 g;
- Flour - 0.6 kg.
Cooking method:
1. Mix sugar and yeast together, add 100 ml of warm milk. Place the container with the mixture in a warm place for a short time to let it steep. This will be the dough dough.
2. At the same time, in another bowl, mix the egg with salt, sugar, remaining milk and melted butter. Pour in the yeast mixture that has arrived at this time. Whisk everything thoroughly.
3. Add sifted flour to the mixture. The dough should be airy but quite thick.
4. After tearing it into 17 identical pieces, roll each of them into a ball.
5. Form strips from the balls and wrap them around the sausages.
6. Place them on a baking sheet. Let the dough rise a little, leaving the dough for 15 minutes. Next, brush them with beaten egg and place in the oven.
7. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Before serving, you can grease the finished baked goods with a piece of butter. Eat for your health.
How to cook sausages: recipe
If you want to try making your own sausages at home, here is a recipe for how to prepare a tender dish.
Recipe for tender chicken breast sausages
Ingredients
- Chicken breast fillet - 1 kg.,
- Milk - 150 ml. (3.5% fat content),
- Egg,
- Butter - 50 gr.,
- Bulb onions,
- Garlic - 1 clove,
- Spices: salt, pepper.
Recipe
- Peel the onion and garlic.
- Grind the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, adding onion and garlic to the meat grinder as you go.
- Pour half the milk into the minced meat and add spices.
- Beat with a blender.
- Add minced milk, soft butter, egg and salt.
- Stir the meat again with a blender or knead it with your hands.
- Unroll the cling film.
- Place 2 tbsp along the edge of the film. l. minced meat.
- Roll the film into a tight roll, wrapping the sausages 2-3 times, tying the ends.
- Repeat with all the minced meat.
- This amount of minced meat produces approximately 15-20 sausages.
- Boil the sausages in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
- Homemade sausages are served with various side dishes, salads and appetizers.
- Bake in the oven or grill.
Recipe for sausages in puff pastry
This option is even simpler than the previous one. Don't have time to prepare the dough? Buy it at the store. All you have to do is just wrap the sausages in it and wait until they are covered in an appetizing golden brown crust in the oven.
Ingredients:
- Sausages - 14-15 pcs.;
- Puff pastry - 0.5 kg;
- Egg - 1 piece.
Cooking method:
1. Roll out the puff pastry into a layer about 7 mm thick. Cut it into strips 1.5–2 cm wide each.
2. Wrap each sausage with dough.
3. Place the future dish on a baking sheet.
If desired, cover the surface of the products with a mixture of milk and raw yolk.

How to cook sausages in dough from yeast-free dough in the oven
Not everyone likes the yeast version due to its specific taste. Therefore, it is not used in this method. Try it, think, see - maybe this is what’s right for you?!
