How to cook Albanian chicken with hard cheese in a frying pan
- First we deal with the chicken: rinse the fillets thoroughly under cold running water, then dry them and chop them into medium cubes.
- We remove the husks from the onion head, also rinse it under running water, then cut it in half and then chop it into the usual small cubes.
- Place our chopped fillet and chopped onion into a convenient deep bowl or large bowl. Sprinkle salt and spices there, and then beat out the chicken eggs.
