- We prepare the necessary ingredients: peel the garlic cloves, wash the tomatoes and herbs, remove the membranes and seeds from the sweet peppers. Chop bell pepper, basil, parsley, dill, and garlic into pieces of arbitrary size.
- Place the crushed ingredients in a blender bowl and blend them until pureed.
- Make a cut in the middle of each tomato (not all the way through). Fill the hole with the prepared filling. Place the stuffed tomatoes tightly into sterilized jars.
