Pasta with sauce is always made either in a frying pan or in the oven. But in a slow cooker they become richer and much more satisfying.
Ingredients:
- Pasta – 400 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Condensed milk - 400 ml
- Milk – 150 ml
- Cream - 100 ml (20% fat)
- Cheese – 400g
Preparation:
We cooked pasta.
You can even do it 1-2 minutes less so that they don’t spread out in the slow cooker.
Drain the water. Do not rinse the pasta.
Cut the butter into small cubes.
Three cheeses on a coarse grater. Set aside some for sprinkling.
Pour the pasta into the slow cooker, add oil and stir. Add cheese, milk and cream.
Salt and pepper. We set it for an hour and a half. Then add cheese.

If there are mushrooms in the dish, they need to be prepared. Let's wash the champignons. Cut into plastics or pieces. Peel the onion and chop it too. Remove the peels from the tomatoes. It is very easy to remove the skin by pouring boiling water over the tomatoes and then rinsing with cold water. You can chop the tomatoes for this dish however you like. We clean the sausages and chop them randomly. Mix them with chopped tomatoes.
Fry the champignons and onions until golden. For this you can use vegetable oil or butter. Grind the hard cheese using a grater. For the sauce, which we will pour into the dish a little later, beat eggs with milk, salt, spices and cheese. We process the form from the inside. Grease with cream or lean - it’s up to the creator of the dish to decide. In any case, it will turn out delicious.
