  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • 2 slices of white bread;
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil;
  • 1 tbsp. 9% vinegar;
  • 3 tbsp. water;
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce;
  • a little salt and pepper.

Cooking diagram:

  1. Place the boiled eggs in cold water and then peel them. In a bowl, mix vinegar with water, add chopped garlic cloves, mustard, and granulated sugar. Dip the peeled eggs into the resulting sauce for a quarter of an hour.
  2. To prepare Caesar, you need croutons. You can buy them, but it is better to prepare them yourself at home. Cut white bread into small cubes. Peel the second clove of garlic, chop it, mix with dry basil and olive oil. Place the croutons on a hot frying pan and fry them, pouring oil and spices until they are beautifully browned.
  3. In the meantime, thinly chop the “Beijing”, put it in a salad bowl, and sprinkle white bread croutons on top, as shown in the photo. We prepare the dressing separately. Whisk together Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt and lemon juice.

  • Romaine salad - 1 bunch,
  • Chicken breast – 200-300 g.,
  • Hard cheese – 100 g.,
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.,
  • Cherry tomatoes – 5-6 pcs.,
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves,
  • White bread - 4-5 slices,
  • Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp.,
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp.,
  • Lemon juice – 2-3 tbsp.,
  • Pepper and salt - to taste.

How to make the salad:

  1. Pour boiling water over the eggs for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs from the water and break them into a plate. Add lemon juice, grated cheese, mustard and squeeze out a clove of garlic.
  3. Beat the resulting mass with a blender until smooth. The sauce is ready.
  4. Place the sliced ​​bread on a baking sheet. The bread should be sprinkled with a mixture of olive oil and chopped garlic. Place in the oven (temperature 180 degrees) for a few minutes. The bread cubes will dry out and take on a slightly golden color.
  5. Cut the chicken into thin slices and fry in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown.

  • Romaine salad - 1 bunch,
  • Champignons – 400-500 g.,
  • Fried chicken – 1 pc.,
  • Eggs – 3-4 pcs.,
  • Bacon - 4 slices,
  • Crackers - 3 cups,
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 50 g.
  • Olive oil - a quarter cup,
  • Red wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.,
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tsp,
  • Mustard - 1 tsp,
  • Salad dressing - a third of a glass,
  • Salt and pepper - to taste.

How to make the salad:

  1. Mix olive oil, wine vinegar, powdered sugar, mustard, salt and pepper thoroughly. The sauce is ready to use.

Base ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast (450-500 gr.);
  • fork of Chinese cabbage (soft part);
  • 50 gr. parmesan;
  • 3-4 pcs. cherry;
  • croutons;
  • lettuce leaves for serving.

Ingredients for croutons:

  • 4 garlic cloves;
  • 1/3 of yesterday's loaf;
  • 5 tbsp. vegetable oil;

Dressing ingredients:

  • 2 yolks of soft-boiled chicken eggs;
  • 0.5. a small spoon of 9% vinegar;
  • 4 tsp freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon;
  • 1 tsp French mustard;
  • 200 ml vegetable (olive) oil.

Step by step cooking instructions:

  1. We start preparing Caesar salad with cabbage and chicken by preparing the meat. Wash the breast well, dry it and cut it into pieces. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the chicken until golden brown, adding salt to the meat during the frying process.
  2. Cut off the crust from the bread and cut the flesh into cubes. Place them on a baking sheet in one layer and dry them in the oven over medium heat. To give the croutons a piquant flavor, we prepare a special aromatic oil. To do this, peel the garlic. We pass it through a garlic press and combine it with vegetable oil. To make the oil more aromatic, you can infuse it a little with garlic, ideally for 2 hours. Before using, strain the oil.
  3. Pour half of the aromatic butter into a heated frying pan and brown the crackers in it.

  • 3 tbsp. breadcrumbs;
  • 10 pieces. crackers;
  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • 2 chicken fillets;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 1 large spoon butter;
  • 400 gr. Chinese cabbage;
  • 2 fresh eggs;
  • chicken seasoning;
  • a little soy sauce.

Cooking process:

  1. Wash the bird well and marinate for 2 hours in a mixture of mayonnaise with chicken seasoning and soy sauce. Fry the finished breasts whole in vegetable oil until lightly browned. It is very important not to dry out the meat so that it remains juicy inside. We cut four longitudinal strips from the fillet to decorate the salad, and cut the rest into medium pieces.
  2. Rinse and dry the vegetables. We remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut the flesh into the same pieces as chicken. Cut the cucumber into half slices.
  3. Coarsely chop the Chinese cabbage, removing any hard seals.
