Recipe 1: Funchoza with chicken and vegetables
An easy and healthy dish. A wide range of vegetables guarantees a richness of taste and elegance of aromas.
Please note that funchose boils quickly. Place it in boiling water for 5 minutes, do not add salt. Immediately drain the liquid. Leave the funchose in a colander. We will need chicken fillet, which we also boil and then cut into cubes. Cut vegetables, cucumber and bell pepper into strips. It is better to grate the carrots.
We are preparing the dressing. To do this, press the garlic with a garlic clove. In a shallow bowl, combine soy sauce with garlic and olive oil. You can add some spices and chili pepper.
Funchoza is already ready. It should be cut into a couple of pieces. Place vegetables, meat and funchose in a salad bowl. Season with sauce. To soak, it is better to place the salad in the refrigerator or in a cool place for 2 to 3 hours.
With carrots, asparagus and mushrooms

- funchose – 200 g;
- chicken fillet – 800 g;
- broccoli – 200 g;
- asparagus – 200 g;
- bell pepper – 150 g;
- carrots – 75 g;
- champignons – 250 g;
- orange juice – 200 ml;
- teriyaki sauce – 100 ml;
- grated ginger – 10 g;
- green onions – 40 g;
- garlic cloves – 3-4 pcs.;
- vegetable oil – 40 ml;
- salt, spices as desired.
Step-by-step cooking process
The method of creating a treat is quite simple and consists of the following steps:
- In a small container you need to combine orange juice and teriyaki sauce, add peeled and chopped garlic, grated ginger and spices. The mass should be thoroughly mixed to a homogeneous consistency.
- The chicken fillet must be washed, wiped with a paper towel and cut into cubes. Vegetables need to be washed, peeled if necessary and chopped: chop the carrots into slices and chop the pepper into strips. Asparagus should be cut into 2-3 parts, and broccoli should be disassembled into small florets. The champignons need to be cut into large pieces, and the green onions should be finely chopped with a knife.
- After heating the vegetable oil (15 ml) in a frying pan, you need to put the mushrooms in it. It will take about 10 minutes to fry them, then you need to add half a portion of chopped onion to them. Stirring occasionally, cook the mixture until excess moisture evaporates.
- In a separate frying pan, heat the remaining oil. After placing fillet pieces in it, you need to fry them over intense heat for about 2-3 minutes. During the process, it is advisable to stir the mixture frequently so that it does not burn.
- When the time is right, add carrots, asparagus and broccoli to the meat. Pour the sauce over the mixture and reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Place vermicelli in a saucepan and add boiling water. Cover the container with a lid and leave the noodles to steep for 3-4 minutes. After the allotted time, you should throw the mass into a colander and wait until the excess liquid drains from it.
- Prepared vegetables should be combined with mushrooms and funchose. After adding the remaining green onions to the mixture, you will need to stir it and place it on serving plates.
Recipe 2: Funchoza with chicken and mushrooms
Funchoza goes well not only with meat, but also with mushrooms. This prompted the preparation of such an amazing dish.
• vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.;
Boil the chicken fillet, you can add a little salt to the water. Chop the onion. Carrots and peppers can be cut into strips. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms and onions cut into strips. After 5 minutes, add pepper, meat and carrots to these ingredients. While the ingredients are fried, pour hot boiling water over the funchose for 10 minutes. After the time has passed, rinse the noodles with cold water and mix with the fried foods. All that remains is to add soy sauce to the dish and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
Funchoza with chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients
- Funchoza: 200 gr.
- Chicken breasts: 2 fillets.
- Teriyaki: 120 gr.
- Champignons: 5-6 pcs.
- Sesame: to taste.
- Garlic: 2-3 cloves.
- Salt, ground black pepper: to taste.
Preparation
Chicken breasts, cut into small pieces.
Fry in a frying pan for 2 minutes with finely chopped garlic.
Next, add the chopped champignons and fry for another couple of minutes.
Steam the funchoza with boiling water, cover with a plate and wait 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, drain the water.
Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken. If there is no teriyaki, then pour soy sauce, add ground black pepper, salt, spices to taste.
Stir the chicken for two minutes, turn off the heat and add the funchose to the chicken, stir.
Add sesame seeds.
Cover with a lid.

Cut the chicken fillet into medium cubes. Chop carrots, peppers and onions. Take a multicooker bowl, pour water, vegetable oil and lay out the meat and vegetables. Set the device to the “Extinguishing” mode for approximately 50 minutes. Meanwhile, we break the funchose into random pieces. After turning off the multicooker, add noodles and spices to the bowl and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
Before serving, pour soy sauce over the funchose with chicken.

Funchoza is often confused with rice noodles, and we would like to say now that these are two big differences, and in no case should they be confused... But no, rice noodles are also quite suitable for our recipe. A little higher in calories, but more protein, boils at the same speed. Only if you repeat - choose thin. Place it in a plate (can be in a folding silicone one, or in a food container), pour boiling water over it, ideally cover it with a lid, and wait from two to five minutes.
This is our chicken breast. It is prepared in advance on a grill pan. Let's cut the chicken breast and put it on top of our noodles, wait another minute for the noodles and chicken breast to become an acceptable temperature for eating and add salt to the water.
Pour teriyaki sauce to taste, mix noodles and chicken, and eat. It's quite tasty because the teriyaki sauce adds flavors of ginger, garlic, soy sauce and sweetness, and can also add flavors from mirin or pineapple juice. And basically, the cooking is complete!
Now - about other “extra” but interesting ingredients. Black sesame. He is not “the same but black” as one might think. It has a noticeable sour taste. It sets off the original bland essence of chicken breast and funchose very well. You can also add white, but its nuttiness will most likely be lost if you add enough sauce.
And in our case, since while we are photographing the noodles, we are not sitting in the office, but at home - we add dried shiitake mushrooms. But an important point is that they need to be allowed to sit in hot water for about ten minutes (you can put them on the noodles and chicken breast until the water is drained).
